Located in the heart of Hel near main Walking street. Very good service, reasonable prices and good food. It could be however better choice. For example no dumplings.However for this price I recommend this place.

Restaurant is right next to the beach which gives you great views while you dine. Food was also great. First time we've order a platter for 2 - turned out it was too much food :) 4 different types of fisher (one piece per person), fries and a salad served in an eatable bawl. Next time we chose a grilled fish which turned out a much better option :) you can also try here local beer. We've enjoyed it and would definitely come back :)

Our experiences here were only positive. After a recommendation from a local, and with the usual misgivings over restaurants serving fresh vs. frozen fish, we went here with the express purpose of finding decent fresh meals.The specialty of this restaurant is fish stuffed with other fish, I had the salmon stuffed with perch, but my fellow diners had simply grilled Sole and Halibut, both of which were excellent. Accompaniments were also very tasty, the grilled veges in season and potatoes a welcome respite for the vegetarians amongst us.Only small complaint was with the service, it was a quiet night, and the waitress wasn't as attentive as she might have been for second orders of drinks and nightcaps.But from the food quality and ease of dining, definitely to be recommended.

Pink petunias crowned the pub on the Main Street in Hel, tumbling all along the width of the building creating a really colourful entrance. Several tables and chairs are outside on the terrace area which is covered by a wooden ceiling that provides good shade and respite on a hot, sunny day. We enjoyed a beer before heading back to the ferry. Very pretty pub with friendly atmosphere and chilled out vibe.

I usually visit Maszoperia late September or early October. The after-season period at Hel peninsula effects in empty restaurants while waiters are ready-to-go to serve the best of the kitchen. Ten you can spent even half of the day in this place, feeling no pressure to leave the table from the season-tourists :). In that circumstances I love to visit Maszoperia, where all dishes are perfect. Delicate, hot, almost melting fish, accompanies perfectly by fresh, colder salads, mashed potatoes in butter and tea with cloves and raspberry juice.

The food was delicious and reasonable. Thank you to the waitress who recommended the local Cod. We have excellent seafood in Scotland but I have never received a piece of fish so beautifully and simply cooked for so little money! The local beer is great.

We went to this place as it was 3rd on the trip advisor list. Food looked nice but I didn't like it AT ALL. Fish didn't have any taste, it felt like they just took it out from the water.

First time we were here in May 2016, at this year - Jun 2017 the place is exactly the same as previously - simply great! Nice interior with a lot of old fishing tools, very kind service, and that is the most important - delicious food. Prices very accurate. A must see place in Hel ;)

We went there with whole family. We ordered fish of course. We received very good ones. Three types of fish and all very good. Not soaked in oil. Tasty. Fresh. What was a little minus was a waitress. She messed up our order. She was much unorganized in collecting order, placing food on table, etc. But she had a pin: âI am learningâ. Overall with this âgreenâ personnel that was serving us and very tasty food - we would come back there.
