Reviewed By AnnaikumarI stayed two days at Aditya Residency Pollachi. Its located easy to reach from bus stand by walk. Rooms are maintained neatly and very silent atmosphere. Suitable for Family Stay. Parking space also available with safety. I am very happy to recommed this hotel to stay in Pollachi at reasonable cost.

Its a brand new resort in Pollachi. Located just closer to western ghats. And our resort surrounded with nature beauty of Valparai hills, Aliyar Dam, Monkey falls, Masaniamman temple, Topslip and Parambikulam wildlife sanctuary and many more sightseeing places. We have 19 luxuries rooms with swimming pool. In our resort we have Multicuisine restaurant, swimming pool, Kids play area, indoor and outdoor play area, 20 seater round table conference hall, gym, boutique, lawn, 250 seater banquet hall and many more fun things.

Terrible experience
Reviewed By rrohitThis resort was awful for many reasons: 1. Our room had stained sheets and a towel with holes.A discarded sachet of used shampoo was lying in the bathroom. The teacup in our room was cracked, which caused hot tea to spill all over. On pointing some of these issues out, the room service was extremely rude. Not a single apology was offered about any of this. 2. There was a loud party at the resort with music blasting from speakers in the early evening. The receptionist said this was a planned party (why weren't guests notified of this in advance so they could cancel their booking?). Worst of all, the loud music started blasting from the speakers again in the middle of the night at 11pm for a full hour, woke everyone up and was impossible to get any good sleep through the night. Noone was at the reception to address the noise issue in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable. 3. The restaurant and kitchen seemed unhygienic. Restaurant server was rubbing his bare hands over plates before placing them on our table. Take your money elsewhere to have a good stay.

Low class rooms, furniture and poor bathrooms and facilities. Over all not good for family stay. This is not a value for money hotel. Kindly avoid if you have other options in pollachi.

Surprisingly wonderful experience ..

Highly recommended ??.It is situated arnd 10kms before pollachi on the Palakkad Road . We had some tech issues with the car and the hotel team helped us to fix the issues even it was wee hours.

500 meters from water theme park Black Thunder and right on the highway to Ooty and Coonoor. The hotel is also perfect for travelers taking the toy train to ooty the hotel is located just 2kms away from the train station. Well maintained rooms with 24/7 service.

Reviewed By Muthaiah PStayed overnight not worth of any aspects except close to black thunder. Looting the tourist in all aspects. Funniest part is you will not get the bill for your stay, if you ask for it you need to pay the tax portion from your pocket. Only in Tamilnadu you will find this kind of properties which have intentions of looting money from tourists.

Reviewed By Thomas KOn the way to Ooty ,to catch morning toy train, we two friends stayed here for one night at Deluxe non ac room from 6-7 January 2020 For the amount we spent we are 100 percent satisfied with the service!!! Neat washroom , room service.neat bed..more than enough for Rs896/- They arrange hot water before 6 am ((normal hot water time is between 7:30 to 9) As name mentioned "international" never expect international standards for this very pocket friendly tariff. Surely I recommend this hotel for one day stay at a sleepy town like Mettupalayam
