Handel's has the best ice cream in town. The flavors are varied, and the ice cream taste is thick and rich. I love to stop for a sugar cone with a generous scoop of coffee chocolate chip. We've been going to Handel's for years, and we are always delighted!

Always go there for breakfast and have never had a disappointing one yet!! They have many daily special as well as regular items. the also have a huge variety of cakes, cheesecakes and other sweets. A neighbor had brought a lemon cheesecake a few weeks ago when my dad passed and everyone raved about it. They have another location in Warren and it is just as good!!!

Great ice cream anytime of the year. We love the chocolate pecan. The chocolate ice cream is soft, creamy and very chocolate-ly. The pecans are full size and plentiful. We got a quart to take home.

Yesterday was Valentines Day. I took my wife & sister-in-law to dinner and the food & service was very poor. I'd received a gift card to the Springfield Grille otherwise I would not have returned after the last underwhelming experience when they brought me the wrong steak and then argued that it was okay (!??). Our salads were under-dressed & dry, with greens right out of the bag. My wife's chicken (stuffed with ricotta cheese & cranberries) was hard, dry, & over-microwaved. My bone-in supposed 14 oz pork chop was small, overcooked (dry), & thin. My sister-in-law's filet mignon was overcooked (literally black) and the smallest I've ever seen (2 ounces?). Our wine glasses were dirty with smudged fingerprints & water spots. Our waitress (Cree) was even worse. She'd disappear and only return when I'd go to the front desk and ask for her service. She needs to be fired along with the chef. Our table was in the entry area and every time the restaurant's door would open we'd be blasted with 20 degree cold air; both my wife & her sister ended up wearing their coats during dinner to stay warm. This was once a great restaurant but no longer; it now reminds me of a place with a careless manager & an absentee owner. Do yourself a favor; for a much nicer meal and a better experience go to Michael Alberinis across the street.

Went for the pizza but the standout was the fabulous chicken. Honestly, I am a pizza fanatic but the chicken and fries stole the show. Was in from Columbus for Italian food and hit three different establishments but the surprise here was the chicken! You guys rock!

My husband, 4.5 year old son, 13 year old nephew and I visited the Magic Tree today. We chose the big pretzel and the spinach artichoke dip for appetizers. The pretzel was good, and the sauces that we chose were ok. The spinach artichoke dip was one of the best I’ve ever had! The only drawback was it could’ve been a little warmer and we anticipated having a larger serving of tortilla chips. We were left with quite a bit of dip. (I never know if it’s acceptable to ask for more chips in these instances!!) For dinner, my husband chose the blue on blue bison burger and said it was amazing! He didn’t catch that this came topped with a blueberry sauce, and was initially taken back by it; nonetheless it was delicious! The boys had a burger and wings, which were both good as well. I chose the cranberry pecan salad and added steak. The raspberry vinaigrette was fresh and light. It also paired perfectly with the sweet and savory salad! Our server was very personable and took great care of us. (I wish I could remember his name!!). Although they were pretty busy during our visit, nothing took longer than expected, including our wait to be seated. Towards the end of our meal, two different gentlemen stopped by to ask if we enjoyed everything or needed anything else. Overall, I give Magic Tree an A+! We will be back soon!

If you are looking for the best skinny latte, go to Starbucks! I love lattes but do not want all the calories or sugar. They make the best sugar-free caramel latte! It is very tasty and you don't feel like you are drinking a low calorie beverage!

You can't find much better ice cream than Handels . They have amazing flavor choices and seasonal choices also . It is open all year even though there is little or no seating and it is outdoors. All I can say is try it for yourself.

After a long work week decided to swing in for a nice cold beer. HUGE selection, nice crowd an smelled amazing. We did not eat however, looking at plates being served to surrounding tables everything looked delicious. Nice music, just a very enjoyable night.

Three of us had a business lunch. Seated promptly. Waiter Caleb addressed us promptly with request for beverages. Then orders placed. Finally, main dish came and I informed him that we never received our salads. He apologized. Then I asked him I received the right dish...I did not, but accepted it anyway. Lastly, he brought the wrong bill. Could anything else have been wrong?? Anyway, the salad was tasty at the end of our meal. I had gnoochi Bolognese which also was very tasty. Waiter needs to get on the ball!
