The Adagio Access Poitiers, located close to the city center, major highways and the Futuroscope theme park, is the perfect place to stay whatever your reason for visiting the city. This Aparthotel offers 125 practical and comfortable studios and apartments, each tastefully decorated and with a fully-equipped kitchen. For additional comfort, facilities include a car park. Our Aparthotel Adagio access Poitiers goes through renovation works from September 27th 2021 until March 6th 2021. We are open normally through this period.
Booked the property because ibis Styles Centre was costlier for the days. Well it was worth it, cheaper and probably more to my liking. Nice comfortable bed and a kitchen with utensils if you want to cook yourself. Only complaint was the toilets are a bit taller, supposedly made for people over 7 feet tall. Next time I am in Poitiers, I am booking them again.

A 10 minutes à pied du Vieux-Port de La Rochelle se cache un oasis végétal Athome propose des hébergements modernes aux valeurs écoresponsables.
We stayed here as stop number two en-route back to Euro-tunnel. x3 people sharing the room. Absolutely spotless from a cleaning perspective. Great nights sleep (bed top draw) and a proper single bed provided. Walk in wet room, shower no bath obviously. Decent kitchenette providing everything one would for self-catering. Tea & a small bottle of water provided . Parking is entered via a barriered entrance adjacent to the venue. Interestingly we arrived late pm c.1600hrs, busy but plenty of space, within an hour or so full! Those with an EV will have access to charging points (x3 or 4 available) I would imagine in peak summer the car park will fill up with guests cars quickly. Breakfast plentiful & catering for all tastes. (really good) as I state in the title property is excellent & would make a good base for those wishing to stay longer than one night! However, the local area specifically near McDonalds is not the place to be! It is definitely worth the effort to take the 15 minute stroll to the harbor area the main town area - which is far nicer. The staff at the hotel friendly, helpful and multi-lingual. Would I stay here again, yes but would avoid the outside area.

The owners of Le Citizen Hotel and the designer, Shinsuke Kawahara, bring you this exceptional and highly original hotel. The decor is inventive and functional with a mix of vintage Scandinavian furniture, original works of art by Shinsuke Kawahara, large solid wood 'tables d'hotes' welcome you for dinner, a large central, suspended fireplace for lounging.... The team at Cote Ocean offers affordable luxury while remaining committed to eco-tourism. Strong believers of the family spirit, the brother-sister duo, Sophie and Olivier BERDAH, focus their hotel around warm hospitality and impeccable service. On the beautiful grounds of the resort, you will enjoy the wellness spa (sauna, steam room, massage room...), A large heated outdoor pool, a multi-sport terrain, and a gorgeous lounge with a full bar around a fireplace and game area (including pool table, foosball table...). The kitchen, where all the meals of the 'tables d'hotes' are prepared, also has a gourmet deli offering a selection of artisanal products that are easy to prepare.
Did not expect this stay, flowers everywhere, beautiful architecture and design, confortable and well appointed rooms, but what makes this place special is the staff! The owners Cathy and Olivier made us feel at home, making sure all our needs where taken care of, they made us feel like part of the family. I want to give a special thank you to Phillipos for Your wonderful tips and fantastic service! You are a good friend!! I miss all of the Cote Ocean Family! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!!

300M from the beach > (Blue Flag Label), on the south coast of the island of Oleron, the resort "Les Hameaux des Marines" is situated behind a dune, in a quiet and relaxing environment, near the lighthouse of Chassiron and port of Saint Denis d'Oleron. Here you will have the opportunity to entertain yourself on the ocean, go cycling over the bike paths of the island or enjoy the famous seafood in one of the many traditional restaurants in Saint Denis and its surroundings. This charming and friendly residential park is the ideal place to relax and take a deep breath of fresh air.
The accommodation was a two bedroom holiday cottage - there was more than enough room for the two of us, and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach (although the better, sandy beach is another 15-20 minutes walk). There is no shop to speak of on-site and its a 10 minute drive (minimum to get to a restaurant). The swimming pool is quite small - not too bad if you are the only one in it, but it closes at 7pm... WiFi is only available in one area on site, in a 'common room, next to the pool and office. The £14 charge for bed linen was a bit steep, given that we were there only overnight, but reasonable for a week. Note that there is a formal room check on the way out - you need to clean it yourself, else you get charged £50 for cleaning (pretty much standard in a site such as this). Apart from the pool and the beach, though, there isn't much in the way of activities on site or locally.

Very good place to stay. I arrived outside reception times and they had send codes to enter the flat. It was easy to use this and find the key for the studio. The studio was spacious and clean. I met staff at the check out. They were polite and friendly. The vheck out quick.

Great location, very good rooms, helpful staff and a pool heated to 26o/c. This is our 2nd visit to this property and it wont be the last. From the second we arrived to the second we left we couldn't fault a single thing. Perfect stay.

We booked this hotel however one week before we were due to travel the booking was cancelled by the hotel with no explanation or apology. Due to such short notice most other acclimation was fully booked or way above our price range.

Situated 7km from Royan, this charming coastal resort has fine sandy beaches, a 16ha leisure park (marked footpaths, crazy-golf, tennis courts, fishing...) and a magnificent 900ha pine forest... THE AREA IN and AROUND ST PALAIS: La Palmyre zoo (one of the biggest in Europe) Marais Poitevin (marshland with a network of canals) La Rochelle and the famous Charentaise Islands of Aix, Re and Oleron The town of its mediaeval church...
Great location at the Grande Côte, close to the beach, some restaurants, a very good bakery and not too far from Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. The apartments were mediocre though. For the price we paid, we are used to getting much more comfort. The apartment itself was nice and clean (although we had a bit of an ant problem), but the decor, facilities and equipment just mediocre. The furniture looks nice, but is very uncomfortable and unpractical. The bed was horrible, our bodies were painful after 2 days, ditto when we sat on the couch or the dining chairs for a while. The fridge was small and there was no freezer. There was only few cutlery, glasses and plates (4 of everything in a 4 person apartment), which meant that the dishwasher had to work overtime. The pans were too big for the (2) cooking plates, so it was almost impossible to use both plates. The balcony had a nice size, but because of the table and chairs it was impossible to open the windows and shutters without moving the furniture around. Wi-Fi is not included in the renting price but has to be paid separately for quite a high price. We are not used to that in these modern times. The swimming pool was nice. Clean and of a good size. However there were only 3 parasols available, which was not nearly enough for all guests looking for shade. People were dragging their chairs to sit next to some bushes just to hide from the sun. Also, there was a large set of rules at the entry of the pool, but they were not enforced. Especially in our 2nd week balls were flying around and the pool was filled with air beds and toys. Also, a lot of noise and screaming. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked for a night on route south and wouldn’t recommend, unless there are no other options. The city itself is worth a visit with some nice restaurants snd bars nearby. The hotel has seen better days, no welcome at the reception, aircon not working, lift not working, breakfast for 12 euro a head- there are plenty if more reasonable options locally. Also no parking - you have to use the paul mercer public car park which has a 2.4 height limit - 10 euro for 24 hours. On the plus side the rooms have fridges with a decent freezer part and beds comfortable- but think there has got to be better options!
