I have a cote de boeuf and he wasn't cooked even though I did ask for a medium it came red as a carapacio my sister ask for a pork chops but once again was a blood pork chops

In off the street is an open part of the restaurant near the pizza oven. We opted to go to the back into the air-conditioned "gastro" restaurant. We noticed a loud argument going on between the cashier (just inside the door) and a waitress and so opted to chose our own table.The 2 waiting staff were both unfriendly and unable to answer the simplest question about the menu. When the food arrived it transpired that the Risotto Aux Fruits de la Mer was wet rice with some tomato juice poured on it garnished with two small prawns. It was revolting - and so remained uneaten. The escalope de boeuf à la milanaise was overcooked and tasted like cardboard served with under-cooked greasy chips.The staff took no interest in us. We quickly finished our bottle of red wine and left the joint fast - promising to write a review for Trip Advisor to warn off any visitors or residents of Pointe-Noire about this truly disgraceful restaurant.

Pizza in This place is the most similar to the Italian real one you can find in PN, but also the most expensive I ever find. Good for a short back home trip even remaining in Congo.

Usually the access is reserved to Eni personnel. The place is very nice on the Pointe Noire beach, with the smell and sound of the ocean as background of the dinner. Price are in the average of medium/ggod restaurant of Pointe Noire. It's posssible also to eat quiote good pizza (obviously we are not in Italy).

This restaurant is my favorite in Pointe noire, and one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever tried.Alessandro, the chef, is friendly, fun, and make sure to ask him for help. You definitely should meet him.I eat there every time I visit Pointe Noire, and sometimes twice the same day.Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. NKM_84!!!! We will wait you come back to Pointe-Noire to suggest you others and new recipes !!!

Le Kactus serves a simple but good food. it is not the cheapest of Pointe Noire, but some of the dishes are good, like the "Pave de poisson a la vapeur".Well located on Avenue De Gaulle. Good and fast service.

Good restaurant for Lunch and Dinner. Lunch time is not too crowded especially during week days. The Pizzas are palatably good and tasty. The regular Pizza size is value for money ( bigger than most other places i have eaten in Pointe Noire). Especially the Sicilian thin crusted Pizza is great, (however insist that they use the right type of fish( anchovies) to keep the authenticity as they often seem to run out of stock). Most afternoons the proprietor himself is present to ensure the guests are well taken care of. Staff are quite friendly and pleasing.The Restaurant decor is not too bad nothing too fancy , quite simple.
