In town for business and had a taste for fresh seafood. I checked trip advisor and this site got rave reviews. I think they slipped the day I came in. I ordered the Baked Stuffed Haddock listed as Fresh native Haddock topped with our famous...MoreLindsey's prides itself on always purchasing the freshest fish from local fishermen. The kids love this place. Friendly staff. Toy trains and train memorabilia. Good ice cream too. Try the old fashion flavor so like grasshopper and frozen pudding.

Somerset Creamery is a long-running local chain serving ice cream, frozen yogurt and sherbet since 1937. So they just be doing something right. And the beat goes on. Jason Spanick, the grandson of founder Victor Spanick, opened a store at 1268 Massachusetts Route 28A in Cataumet, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod, in 1997. He developed cranberry bog ice cream, a unique, one-of-a-kind creation of craisins, walnut and dark chocolate all mixed in a cranberry-based ice cream. Another grandson, Matthew Spanick, opened another store in Somerset on Route 138 in 2010. There are a lot of ice cream shops to choose from during the summer months on Cape Cod but Somerset Creamery is considered by many locals and visitors as the best tasting and creamiest product of all. First of all, you have 43 (at last count) flavors to choose from, including such favorites as chocolate chip cookie dough, butter pecan, banana, black raspberry, blueberry pie, coconut, coconut almond chip, mocha almond, cranberry bog, maple walnut, double chocolate, peanut butter Oreo, fudge ripple, strawberry, coffee, Oreo, pistachio, orange pineapple, chocolate chip, chocolate and orange, raspberry and watermelon sherbet. Somerset Creamery offers many creations--ice cream cones, sundaes, frappes or Cape Cod's version of milk shakes, malts, sodas, root beer floats, banana split, strawberry shortcake sundae, brownie hot fudge sundae, peanut butter cup sundae, sherbet freezes, black cows and hand-packed pints and quarts. Did they miss anything? Not likely. The summer isn't long enough to indulge in every flavor and creation, even if you take home a couple of quarts.

Everything from gourmet pizza to fine dining in one little restaurant. We’ve been going here since opening 8-10 years ago. It is local for us so when in doubt Ella’s is our go to place. Excellent food with creative presentation and new tastes every time we dine there. The chef is very good. Never had a bad meal.

I have been to The Bog before and I believe it was under "previous management." But that doesn't matter because the food is as wonderful as ever! I had the small plate of the Bolognese with Short Ribs and I'm still thinking about it! The meat just melted in my mouth and I could have inhaled the sauce - creamy and just perfect. However, the service was very slapdash. I think he was the only server on duty for lunch that day. Nice guy, chatty, etc., but no water, no pepper, no parm for either of us, lots of other details that would get you a better rating. Too bad he didn't (or in fairness, perhaps couldn't) take the time to treat us right. But I'll still be back - the food is great!

We loved the daily brew. Their coffee, sandwiches and burritos are a great way to start the day. My wife loved their smoothies too.
There's a lot of indoor and outdoor seating as well as a good selection of food for a reasonable price.
We went here almost everyday and nobody had a bad meal.

Becky's Bakery has a great Monument Beach location, with tables inside and out perfect for enjoying their excellent coffee and wonderful baked goods. I made a special order of a red velvet cake for a special occasion and we were so glad we ordered in here! The cake was moist and flavorful, beautifully decorated. I highly recommend Becky's Bakery!

Eastwind Seafoods features Cape Cod's best fresh fish market, seafood restaurant, shucked while you wait raw bar and clambake caterers all under one roof at the Buzzards Bay Rotary just before the Bourne Bridge and minutes from the Sagamore Bridge.
We get our order to go and eat by the canal. The people who work there are pleasant and our order is always filled quickly. The portions are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. We always enjoy their seafood!

I used to be an expresso addict. Not anymore. After Cataumet Coffee House my thing is now cold brew coffee. I never did before but I drink it black iced because it is so good. Great taste and not at all bitter.
If you love good coffee or want something new try this place! If you love good expresso go to the Daily Brew which is kitty corner to the Cataumet Coffee House since you won't find any expresso drinks here. You won't need them though.
Also great baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, and gluten-free options.
You can sit out front or at the counter inside or in the beautiful central courtyard complete with central water feature.
The owner Kate is also a really great person who is passionate about good coffee and community spirit.
She also told me she doesn't sell any kid items like juice boxes or snacks that she wouldn't let her nephew eat.

We brought our daughter here for her birthday while another daughter was visiting. The food was good, but what really impressed us was the attentive wait staff. We have family coming in later this month and plan to bring them here for dinner.
