The property is a mess, the rooms are outdated and stink. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The staff is always smoking at the front door which is so unprofessional as well. The manager did not care to hear my concerns.

We were welcomed by Mykelle who was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and the rooms very tastefully decorated. We have travelled extensively and this is one of the finest Inns we have ever visited. Would recommend this Inn over any place in the area. We live in North Carolina and have family and many friends in the Plymouth area. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit. Larry $ Nancy Lewallen

It's functional as a roof over your head, but don't expect any similar quality to other Comfort Suites. Parking lot is unkempt, trash throughout with one overflowing trash can. Back entrances don't work with the key card, and one large door has broken glass. Smudges and blotches throughout the interior walls and stairways, and a very subpar housekeeping job in the bathroom. Already switched rooms once for a non functioning ac unit. Now the current room has a non functioning fridge. Not bothering to switch again, just will make note this will likely be "Plymouth Suites" sometime in the near future.

We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations over the years - even this one a fee years back when our niece was graduating from Culver Academy. This time we felt the hotel looked a little ‘tired and worn’. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure, though. After looking at the breakfast choices, we drove to Amish Acres one morning (about 25 minutes away) and to Christo’s Family Restaurant (right next door) the next. All in all I’d rate our stay - OK but nothing special.
