We enjoyed our breakfasts, lots of choices to select from. Strawberry smoothie was thick and tasty. Cocobanana frappe was rich with chocolate and banana flavor. Suizas was freshly prepared, a wonderful combination of enchiladas filled with scrambled eggs with a creamy green tomatillo sauce & melted Gouda cheese. Tarascos was great; two tortillas with two eggs over easy and a green sauce - served with a side of beans & ham. Service was excellent.

The food was really impressive and there were some tasty vegetarian options available too. Our family also really appreciated our server Marco A. Gregario. I tend to hold resort breakfast buffets Inlow regard: mass produced, dried out, carbohydrate laden fare. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious Covina Milagros food was. There were multiple stations with both local and European options: omlettes, quesadillas, arrepas, various breads and pastries, fresh fruit with homemade yogurts and toppings, a multitude of juices, an espresso bar. I especially loved the quesadilla station with a variety of fillings, handmade cord tortillas, and a selection of toppings and salsas.

This restaurant is part of the Belmond hotel Maroma. The setting and view from the restaurant is one of the most beautiful that Iâve ever seen. The ambience is incredible, day or night. During the day you see the beautiful ocean and pristine stand, night you feel the cool breeze and hear the ocean waves. On cantina night, they string lights everywhere and have mariachis sing ( they are wonderful). The kids menu has great options at great price points and the kids loved almost all their choices they ordered. My husband and I liked some of the dishes very much like the tomato salad and cheese enchiladas but other dishes not so much (chips with the guacamole seemed double or triple deep fried with a burned or bad aftertaste). The simpler menu items tasted better than the âfancierâ options like the tostadas. The waiters were amazing and very attentive. Itâs a very relaxed setting, they are never in a rush. They will try to cater to your needs and dietary requests.Btw the breakfast in the same restaurant is amazing. No complaints there. I would recommend it highly even just for the ambience. Really only had breakfast here a few days while staying at the Amarte Hotel. The continental breakfast included with the room is nice with a selection of fruit, bread, rolls, juice and coffee. Enough to get the day going. We also ordered full breakfasts that were good. I would advise to make very clear your order as there are some translation issues between scrambled and over easy eggs. The food was good though and the servers very pleasant. We practiced our Spanish while they practiced their English on us.

We ate here on our first night for something easy and casual as we were tired from our flight. Food was really good and there was a lot to choose from. We both got sandwiches that were excellent. I even brought half of mine back because the portions were so big. We had a great authentic Mexican dinner at Nektar. The food was excellent. Service great and the ambiance was very nice. Itâs worth it to see the whole setup for the Joya show.
