Situated between the towns of Beau-Bassin Rose-Hill and Vacoas-Phoenix, Quatre Bornes is linked by roads to the north, east, south and west of Mauritius. According to the census made by Statistics Mauritius in 2015, the population of the town was at 77,505.

Discovered this little gem after originally stopping for a coffee on the way back from the beach. Very reasonably priced burgers, and very tasty fries. Burger by no means large but still decent value at 200 MR and they also do very tasty pizzas. As I haven't yet tried the Jeannot burger shack yet, can't say at this point which place deserves the accolade of ' best burger to be had in Flic en Flac'. I ordered a vegan pizza for take out and it was sublime. Fresh toppings. They did not have vegan mozzarella cheese but gladly took mine (purchased from Food Lovers Market at Bagatelle) to place on my pizza. According to their flier, Da Vinci's uses Italian flour, source water and extra virgin olive oil and let the dough rest for 30h. That explains the excellent & savoury crust.Though the seating is limited, it is well suited for take out.I admit that I know the surroundings for several years but never realised this 'hidden treasure' was around.

I had heard a lot and decided to give it a try. The starter crab cake was worth it and the cigar as well. Presentation and serving time were good. However, the main course lamb tagine was just ordinary - having tasted the same from other restaurant. Not to mention the price.
