You want to add exotic flavors to your meal? Indian Summer is the perfect place for you to be. Specialized in South Indian cuisine, the restaurant offers delicacies that you probably won't find anywhere else in Mauritius
When I got the bill, I noticed the drinks have been taxed twice! I have complained about it and they realised their mistake. They were reluctant to acknowledge they were overcharging customers. I received no apologies for their "theft", it was business as usual. How many average customers are being ripped off like this?Food was good, service was good, but I wonder if they have been billing people as such for so many years.Thank you for having taken your time to provide us with your valuable feedback.

I had researched this restaurant before arriving in Mauritius, it was also recommended by a local business man who we rented an appartment from. Two minutes from our apartment and we were there, it doesnt open until 6pm but does offer breakfast from a window. The service in here was fast and efficient, we had food in front of us within 8 minutes fro ordering the fresh whole fish is a must worth waiting 20 minutes for, curries all bursting with flavour with a good selection of drinks. The breads were made fresh and the food tasted amazing. If you are lucky enough to find yourself in Flic en Flac and want to try awesome tasty food this is the place. Their coffee was also very niceShould be No1 on trip as it was in my opinion the best food in flic en flacHiThank you very much for your review. We know that you appreciate our food and service with the food and you are the most welcome at or place.Continue to inform your friends to visit us.On our side we will continue to upgrade our service to satisfy our customerThanksFarhaan
Restaurant located in the most popular town of Quatre Borne, with parking facilities, wifi. Among the best Indian Chef on the island, from India. Restaurant offers conference, birthdays, group, any events facilities. Customer service is beyond imagination
As part of last day visit to city lunch was planned at this restaurant and we all enjoyed the food. The service was a bit slow but overall satisfactory.
The restaurant is small, tucked away in a corner off the main road in Quatre Bornes. It makes up for its lack of ambience by providing awesome food. Mostly cooked by two ladies of Indian origin, the food is superb and very affordable. Perfect for takeaways or party orders. They have a wide selection of North Indian food and also some limited South Indian variety.

Visited this South Indian Restaurant with a friend who is of South Indian origin. The menu card had a lot to offer, but most of the items we wanted was not available , presume sold out due to its popularity.Anyway we have ordered various lamb and fish dishes with garlic naan and rice and found the food very tasty. We enjoyed the food, and the prices were very reasonable.Service was very friendly and efficient. Not recommended in case you want a romantic or business lunch or dinner. In case you are looking for a cheap meal with not too much of pomp ,it's a good address. Thanks and warm regards,Randolph Perera

At Sitar our preparations include a mix of spices which is a century-old craft of India's King Dynasty, as well as more recent recipes from the Maharaja's very own kitchen. Discover our rich variety of north Indian cuisine prepared by Chefs trained in som
Went on a dinner date on the 15/08/19 and arrived there at 19.45. place was lively and a vibrant and dinners were packing in. we ordered sweet lime soda, lamb rogan josh, butter chicken, dal makhni, malai kofta, butter and normal naans. One thing I am not too sure is whether or not we were supposed to get papadums as some tables seemed to have it. we got our orders quite fast and started digging in. The naans were not as good as I recall since my last visit which was like 4 years ago. the dal was good and the butter chicken was very good. The lamb however was not very flavourful and is not something I would order again not to mention that the meat was not tender. the kofta malai was very bouncy and rubbery and could be a tad better. Service was good although I do not understand why we were being brought hot plates 15 minutes before our food came out of the kitchen as they were cold by the time we were eating anyway. all in all a good place, good food but given the choice I would go to another indian restaurant.

Happy Rajah Indian Restaurants have established a solid reputation among locals and tourists and guests come from every corner of the world, including India. Professional chefs from India simmer classical curries while Tandoori master chefs expertly roast
Happy Raja is famous for its typical Indian food. We loved its creamy juicy lassi. We could not help plunging and appreciating its tangy mutton and chicken sauce. Without forgetting the different varieties of naan we took with us an unforgettable memories.
