It was by thankful happening, that we came upon this boisterous and happy place in the thick of Avalon's wooded suburbia. A tightly run family cafe that celebrates its Latin roots in all things colourful, tasty and vibrant, this is a must stop if you're exploring the northern beaches of Sydney. If you're lucky like us, you'd be seduced by the charm of Alfonoso himself on the guitar with a voice that adds verve to your coffee and meal.Thank you very much for your kind words Stefan. Went looking for a place with great food and atmosphere in the Northern Beaches suburb of Avalon recently. We were so lucky to find Avalon Organics. A family run business originally set up as an organic supermarket has branched out into the cafe business. Serving amazing coffee and a sumptuous menu we couldnât recommend this business more highly. Oli and his Mum Barbara cater to the local clientele and visitors like us with a lovely attitude and zest towards life and their products. Delicious avant garde menu , all scrumptious but understated. Enjoyed smoked trout with great salad and kingfish sashimi on a tasty crisp bread. Terrific fresh juices and smoothies on offer with very friendly relaxed staff. Loved being so close to the sounds and sights of spectacular Whale Beach

The reason I am giving this excellent rating is because on a rainy day they made me feel so welcomed, great coffee and accomodating in food.Sometimes when you have an infant in a pram, cafes canât fit you in because itâs too tight to manoeuvre around. This place is spacious even when full so I was able to bring my 6 month old in. I also noticed that they were pet friendly with dogs able to be close to their owners (obviously not inside)The coffee is the best in Mona Vale...So if you like coffee this is the place. I did notice they do smoothies and teas as well.The food is great with a mixture of healthy options but you can also have the sweet breakfast i.e pancakes, Nutella jaffles but I asked for their recommendations I wanted to be a bit healthy so I ended up with the The Fence (gardener)....yummy!The Owners also have an amazing cafe in Manly âBelgrave Cartelâ so to come up to Mona Vale and bring the X factor these boys have smashed it!Hey Natalie T,We are super stoked you enjoyed your experience @loloslounge,as we have at @belgravecartel we pride ourselves on our customers experience so thank you for this review.
