Was staying at Hampton Inn in Pine Grove (also an excellent place) and desk clerk sent me to O'Neal's. Sat at the bar and Michelle the server was friendly, efficient and just overall attentive.
Had a local brew from Snitz Creek (good) and the fish tacos which were yummy for sure! Would definitely go back if I were in area. happy trails

24 HR Classic American Diner. Breakfast served all day. Daily specials, burgers, BLTs, platters, soups, salads, sandwiches, Beer & Wine.
Place looks like a 1950s Diner. Food was ok but the pancakes were pretty bland and all different sizes and pretty thin, not like your usual thick, soft diner pancakes. Prices are average. The service was very slow. We waited about 5-10 for the waitress to come over and we were ready to order. She was not willing to take our order until she brought our drinks first. So we had to wait... she then came back with the drinks and to our order. We waited close to 20 min for our food and the place was basically empty. We’ve been to this diner before and it wasn’t like this at all. Restrooms were filthy.

We stopped for an evening of live acoustic music. There's a bar section which seemed to have it's regulars of all ages, fairly friendly. We were seated at a table for 4. Seating is kind of tight but was a full house. The entertainment was also squeezed into a small area but hey, it's live music which I support and the sound was good with requests taken. Ordered the pizza with several toppings which was quite good and a few side orders to sample, all hot without a long wait time. The girls serving were quite courteous and friendly even though kept very busy, as was the cook and busboy. They stock a decent amount of specialty beers and standards. Restroom was OK, establishment clean. Those working really hustled to keep up. Ample parking is a lot across the road, short walk in. We were wished a friendly safe evening upon leaving. First time here it will stay on my radar for a return trip. Their food looks good even though we went with pizza as a group decision. Live entertainment always a bonus.

Visiting relatives in PA and on our way to some adventures had breakfast here. Nice family run operation and we enjoyed out orders. Came back for dinner and had a nice family cooked meal. Interesting to watch the locals as everyone knows each other. The service was really good.

Once I had a calzone here I stopped getting anything else. I absolutely love them. They come loaded and are cooked perfectly every time. The ownership is friendly and prompt. Pine Grove isn't exactly a destination location but it's right off 81 and Do's isn't too awful far from the highway. If you like Calzones and are traveling through the area, take a few minute detour and see "Do".

Everything served at the Pine Grove OIP is sooo fresh: sub rolls, salads, pizza, platters. They have recently added Mexican dishes, which are outstanding! I've never had tortillas, refried beans, rice, and fillings that were this good. Service is excellent, as are the prices. They also deliver locally. The only unfortunate thing about this OIP is that they have no parking and the handicap ramp is too steep. I do realize that these two things are beyond their control. The food is super!

Trying to get a quick start to our day, a friend and I stopped for breakfast as we headed to our next destination. The breakfast food was typical McDonald's, which remains good Service was good. The place was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. Restrooms were not bad.

Deb's has the best breakfast in the county and we were regular customers for years. Unfortunately, the owners give the impression that they don't care if you eat there or not. The waitress is obviously uncomfortable about asking the kitchen for a substitution if you have a request that deviates from the menu, even if you are willing to pay extra. When she does ask, special requests are often denied by the owner. The food is good but prices are not cheap. However, this never stopped us from having breakfast there on a weekend. But enough is enough. Due to the prevailing attitude we don't have breakfast there anymore.

I do not have a Arby's close to home, so I will eat there a few times on my visit. Always good food, but it is a 'fast food' restaurant so usually it could be cleaner and usually young adults working, but always polite.
