We ate here as a family. Whilst the service was initially a little slow, the staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. We had pizzas and omelettes and salad - all very good. The dessert of tiramisu was excellent. Drinks were reasonable and the cool air conditioned inside eating area was welcome given the 34 degrees temperature. Really enjoyable lunch.

This restaurant is located directly opposite the colossal statue of San Carlone. Quite a quiet venue. We visited the restaurant just to get some refreshments after a look around the statue, and had a really nice ice cream...!!

It's far away the best spot in Arona for the view. You are literally on the lake.Good selection of cocktails. Pizza os good, even if made in electric oven. Food served with the cocktails is good but on average. When we were there it was not possible to pay with cards but only cash.

Read the reviews on this restaurant, and decided to go there for dinner an evening in July. Had main courses with duck, and these were truly a disappointment. The meat was very stringy, almost uneatable. We paid and left for desserts at another place.

This hotel is awkwardly located with not too much parking. But the views over lake maggiore are amazing. Our room was very modern with large windows to take in the lake. The best part of this hotel was the restaurant, the food is really good. The guy at the front desk needs some customer service training but this didn't detract from our view of the hotel.

We visited this restaurant bar several times throughout the years only for Aperol! This time we decided to give a go at their restaurant.Unfortunately it was not a good experience! The food looked much more than it tasted!Actually they wanted to present it as a high quality restaurant but nowhere near!We were six people and none of us was happy with their food! The first dishes we ordered were particularly bad!!Expensive for what you get qualitywise.

Walking and came across this place by chance. Busy, so generally a good sign. They did have a set lunch menu which looked like value for money but we ordered off the menu. I had the stuff squid which was really small and hadn't been cleaned properly. The accompanying vegetables though were exquisite. My sons cotoletta, whilst large wasn't really seasoned. Prices on the higher end. Service to start with was really slow and neglectful. The decor inside was quite charming. Unfortunately I'll put it down to a bad day. Would give it another go in the hope it would live up to its expectations.

Anticogallo is a Piedmont restaurant situated in the center of Arona, a few steps from Corso Cavour and Major Lake. The menu varies with the season and the recipes are traditional. The pasta is homemade and in winter you can find the traditional polenta t
I am literally blown away by this restaurant. Literally everything we tried was superb.. we had the fiori di zucca fritters and horse meat tartare as starters, came pretty fast. Then we tried the casarecci with pesto sauce and calamari and some meat, can't recall what's called but wow, it was mouth watering.. even the deserts were delicious. This place is a MUST during your trip in Arona.

Had a dinner with fish (zander) and ratatouille and desserts - tiramisu and crema catalana. The fish was ok, not fabulous, but ok. When the desserts arrived,we both wondered if they were taken from the freezer and served. At least, they did not taste as fresh. Service good, attentive waiters.grazie, bacchetta renato

I have been hearing about this place for a few months now so we have decided to test it out. We had family sunday lunch with small birthday celebration. The menu was excellent offering good variety of dishes. Not too many dishes as I get suspicious whether products are fresh. It has offered a diverse choice suitable to all tastes and the products were certainly fresh and carefully selected. The wine choice was also very good (pity I was designated driver but my husband has indulged). The highlight was maialino dish; very tender and juicy. Compliments to the chef.We had three/four course meal at very reasonable price. Superior quality, lovely interior and super nice service. It was our first visit but certainly not the last. We loved it :-)Thank you! Sorry for my bad english but i desire to answer you. I wait you and your family to taste our specialities that change every month and the special menu for the event like next woman's day or Easter or to taste our new Young proposal IL GIROPASTA
