Villa Silvia Olivetti was designed by Eduardo Vittoria, an important Italian architect of the 20th century. In the years '60, he interpreted the city and the community ideas of Adriano Olivetti, who brought in Ivrea the headquarter of the Olivetti firm, model in the world for technological innovation, support to arts and design. The villa is surrounded by gardens and a wide wood, it provides free Wi-Fi and private parking. Modern and charming rooms with private bathrooms feature sauna, steam shower or jacuzzi, conditioned air, flat-screen TV and minibar. It is easily reachable from the Ivrea exit of the highway A5 Torino-Aosta and from the Ivrea's Railway Station (around 2 Km). The Restaurant "La Trattoria Moderna", at about 300 m, offers refined courses of and local wines of great quality.
This property is located on top of a hill quite close to the centre of town. As such it does not feel overlooked or enclosed and is very private. The rooms are decorated in modern style with quality fixtures and fittings and are very comfortable. A first class experience in every way.

These two cottages, absorbed in this so kind and luxuriant nature, welcome you. The leitmotiv of your vacation: nature, colours and serenity. These cottages are endowed with their own specific personality and the colours of their interiors harmonise with the temperaments of those who stay here.
We booked a room at the last moment and fell a welcoming voice on the phone already. Our room was nice looking and very comfortable (special note for the bed and mattress). The construction is such that residents cannot hear or disturb each other. Located in an agricultural area with wine-yards along the property, it is a peaceful and relaxing place. We may just regret to have come in February when one may neither enjoy the wine-yards landscape with leaves nor have a good time at the pool. Back on the warm welcoming and service, guests cannot feel more at home than here. We will back some day for sure.

Tetto Garrone is an old farmhouse restored . Service as B&B. The farmhouse can offer eight double rooms with bathroom and shower. Every room is dedicated to an old fruit and its color skin is painted on some walls. Wooden roof and double height. The use ofa common kitchen with TV and internet access is included in the room rate. It's surrounded by 15 hectares cultivated with hazelnuts, walnuts and chestnuts.
I stayed at Tetto Garrone from 22-29 June, together with 9 of my cycling friends. This is a “hidden gem”, just c.6km away from the city center of Cuneo. This is a typical Italian family run place, and probably one of the best venues to stay in/nearby Cuneo. My compliments for how this Agriturismo is run by the Faccia family. The modern and well-kept rooms are excellent (great bed/shower) and very clean. Actually the whole accommodation is super and spaciously set up: the large, covered courtyard garden is just the perfect getaway. One could argue that the absence of a swimming pool is a pity, but in my view it actually creates an atmosphere of tranquility (no loud noises, screaming folks). We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which were colored up with local, healthy products (jams, honey, fruits etc.), fresh bread and accompanied with good Italian coffee. The owner Fulvio has been very cooperative, flexible and kept on thinking along with us, which was much appreciated. An example: although we already booked our stay early 2020 (for June20), our booking needed to be extended to June21 (due to Covid19), but this was no problem at all. A real treat was also Fulvio's dinner suggestions each day. This brought us to typical Italian places/cuisines which you will not find in travel magazines or glossy brochures. These recommendations really topped up our stay. Especially after a strenuous day of road cycling in the surrounding mountains we all valued a good meal!!. I can only recommend this place. It is a great spot to go to with your friends or your family. If you have any questions or requirements I can guarantee you that Fulvio will do his best to find a solution for you. Tetto Garrone is a place where you feel at home instantly.

We stayed 5 nights with the family in I tre poggi. We had a great time travelling the neighbourhood. Rooms were nice, warm but time of the year .... the pool is lovely for the afternoon and in daytime there is enough to see in the surroundings of Canelli. Breakfast is good and we had few times dinner on the terrace

Tomato Backpackers is in the San Salvario area of Turin, a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova Train Station. This hostel offers free Wi-Fi and is managed by a young multilingual staff. All rooms come with bright tiled floors and simple furniture. The rooms are set over 3 floors; both private rooms and dorms feature a private, internal bathroom and (only in the dorms) individual lockers.
Stayed here for two nights on a pass over to the west coast. If only I had booked it for longer… wow !! Tom and his team at Tomato Backpackers go up and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you can imagine and more ! First entering the hostel, there is an instant wow factor, very bright and extremely clean. Tom, I believe who checked me in, showed me everything I needed to know. How to enter the front door, dorm room etc. He also gave me a map of Turin and happily suggested to me areas to check out. The dorm room was more than I had hoped for, incredible clean and smart use of space for room with an en suite. The beds were very well structured not like some that creak when you move about in, so no fear getting up in midst of the night or early morning to leave. I had a window view of the street, with shutters to allow brightness in or complete darkness. Not to mention the AC that was very very handy even for May… well that is a must when you come from Ireland ! The bed was really comfortable and I slept great both nights.. not to mention my mid day unexpected nap ! * Despite the street view room it was very well insulated to ensure it was as quite as possible at night. The underground/ bunker floor holds a perfect sized kitchen with all the amenities you need + more. They also have a washer / dryer which only costs 5€ for both. An iron / iron board. Computer and guitar ! Yeah just wait, there more.. a table tennis table, library and foosball table. Not to mention all the incredible vintage cameras/ camcorders computers and other interesting equipment. The place is full of colour and bright images, if you like art or have an appreciation for graphics there is lots of different blue prints / 3d modelling posters of Tomato Backpackers around the walls !! Get to the main floor, there is a bag luggage facility ( free of charge ), a cafe where you can buy breakfast + coffee etc and a great wide area of sitting both inside and out… preferably outside for me as it was really cool art work on the wall and just a very chilled out place. There is also a water filter for cool cool water as well as sparkling if you like that ! The location is perfect, in the heart of the city. About 20-25mins from the main tourist attractions while 5mins from the park and river front. The team were all so nice and recommended me good places to get 35mm film which.. I did not get in the end due to mid day naps :( but the team knows all the best spots in town. Alessia, recommended this super good pizza / pasta spot just 5mins from the hostel. Having been in Italy 2 weeks now, best pizza in town without doubt ! It’s called ‘ Cammafà Ristorante Torino ‘ very reasonable prices and menu. Thank you again ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some luxury at a budget price, but be warned it booked out very quickly !! Look forward to my return, till then. Thank you for everything :) Mark

We have two priorities when looking for accommodation: a very large, well-appointed room and a well-recommended host. The information and photos on the Torino Chic website, as well as the many positive reviews on TripAdvisor, led us to book the Grace Room at Torino Chic. And this proved to be a good decision: the Grace Room was lovely and a good size, and a big plus as far as we were concerned was the large common sitting area as shown on the website. This was a lovely place to sit and read, use your device or relax over a glass of wine. And Cesi is an absolute delight with a great sense of humour. She obviously loves running her B&B, taking great pride in it—and rightly so. When we first arrived, she spent a great deal of time explaining the various points of interest and answering our questions. And during our stay she recommended places to eat, made dinner reservations and even made a couple of calls about transit routes. She provides a generous breakfast (juice, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, breads, homemade jams and salumi) in addition to her delicious homemade cakes every day. The location was excellent with trams nearby for accessing Porta Nuova, the Egizio, the Cinema Museum, etc. The magnificent Sanctuario della Consolata is almost across the street, the expansive Mercato Centrale is a short walk away and the Quadrilatero is nearby. We were very impressed with both the Egizio and the Cinema Museum, spending a good four hours in each. We enjoyed our six nights in Torino very much and highly recommend Torino Chic.

We stayed here with our 2 teenagers - the staff are super friendly and helpful, lovely relaxed atmosphere, and great cakes! The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and the beds big and comfortable. And the added bonus of a shuttle to the lifts in the morning, to save the uphill walk. Thank you Serendipity!

Second time staying here and it’s location is ideal especially if you want to visit wineries. Stayed in the new suites and they are superb, large sun deck on the roof with a large jacuzzi/plunge pool. Breakfast is excellent and the server always wants to give you too much food. The outside dinner settings are spectacular overlooking the valley. Parking is the only problem especially if the hotel has a function.
