After stopping at some places that were " out " of several items on there menus ..Stopped here.. Fantastic value, great food..Only down side was they struggled for 30 minutes to break a 100 dollar bill

Stayed here a couple of nights on our adventure holiday week in Ecuador. Ate in the hotel the first night . It has a variety of dishes on offer - beef, chicken , fish , pork ,lamb . The dishes were served with chips and rice and veg and we were all pleased with our choices . These dishes are a bit more expensive than if you eat in town ( but if you take off the cost of the taxi , works out the same)

La Roulotte is a country inn-restaurant managed by Suisso-Ecuadorian families. Located two kilometers from the town of Mindo, it offers handmade pizzas in a wood-fired oven. Cheese fondue, and dishes from the Suisso-Ecuadorian cuisine.
