Budget-minded travelers will appreciate Phnom Penh's reasonably priced hotel rooms (several top-rated hotels on TripAdvisor offer rooms around $40/night). Explore the city's temples, palaces, and the remnants of its French colonial history. Just outside the city, the The Killing Fields (Choeung Ek) are a reminder of Cambodia's tragic past-- a somber contrast to the booming city of today.

New at A&P !! and always a pleasure to return to live there

I thank Thibaud and Michel for the excellent welcome and warm hospitality. The staff are always smiling, devoted, charming and happy to see me again. The hotel is truly unique, a true haven of peace: the tropical vegetation is lush. The spa renovation is fantastic with a new steam bath and… a dry sauna !!! And Cambodians are always so adorable and happy to meet new faces. A big thank you to Thibaud and Michel for their welcome and to all the cute A&P Boys for their kindness. I had a great stay and can't wait to go back for a longer stay. A&P is still a unique place in South East Asia.

Excellent peaceful little oasis

Reviewed By 263soniab

Everything is exceptional: all staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and sweet; the room is very stylish and sparkling clean (we were upgraded to a bigger one for free); the luxurious vegetation surrounding the lovely, fresh pool makes the place a peaceful, serene oasis in the chaotic and dusty Phnom Penh; breakfast is abundant and delicious (and included in the price); food and price of the restaurant are very good. Only 4km from the airport (30 min by tuk-tuk $5.00) yet planes' noise is hardly heard! Highly recommended!!

Sehr tolle, Apartments in super Lage

The staff here was very nice. I showed up at 7am exhausted and they were able to get me into a room. Beds were soft, clean, and had great comforters. It's a budget hotel. The 4 stars is a rating based as a budget hotel. It's obviously not a 4 star hotel lol.

This hotel is quiet and in a bylane but a bit away from the main downtown or Riverside . Rooms quite big and well furnished . Staff is courteous. Breakfast is served on the Ground floor and has limited options . Have a restaurant on 7 th floor with okayish food . If you are here for tourism you can opt for better locations .

Nothing good about this hotel

Reviewed By Alok_Nahata

As soon as you enter the hotel, a characteristic seafood smell is spread everywhere which may be normal for the people around but not for vegetarians. It's very bad really. The rooms were ok but the complementary tea and coffee was just one sachet per room, ridiculous. No refrigerator in the room, needless to mention this is a five star accommodation. Never stayed in such a foolish place before. Most annoying was the breakfast. They have nothing like an international breakfast. No Bread. No Butter. No COFFEE. Not even hot milk. Typical chinese breakfast with just seafood and non veg and noodles, such a weird hotel I have never visited in my life. When asked for milk, the attenders have no idea of how to respond. They just walk away. So rude. All in all, a worse hotel where I would never stay again and not recommend to others also. Don't waste your hard earned money just to sleep in a hotel room. Get some other hotel which might be far better than this one.
