The "Hotel" is not a hotel but more like a facility to house football guests playing here. They have a elevator but you will have to walk up and down stairs to get to it. The room was ok but since we booked for 3 people (2 adults + a child we expected to have towels for all. But no we were told we would have to pay extra for that. Hotel is located far from everything. Diner : as the location was far from restaurants we decided to eat here . All the fried things we actually deep-fried beyond recognition. Service slow and even asking several times for ex. Fried rice it took about an hour to produce that. Place was not busy. The breakfast : whoever wrote plenty of Asian and western chooses must have mixed this up with somewhere else. Few Thai things all cold ex fried eggs and bird sausages. Total of 6 things. Western chooses was white or grain toast bread with condiments. Margarine, 2 kind of marmalade or some sugary things made of condensed milk. Also guess western was chocolate and plain cornflakes. Place claims and promotes living healthy but the use of only margarine and the condiments contradict that statement. Only reason to stay here is if you are playing football with the club and don't want to travel to do that.

We were seven motorcyclist we could all park undercover parking at the rear and the guy from Reception came out and helped us and checked all of us in very quickly. I was impressed with the organisation the rooms were good value it’s got an excellent bar and the food look good right in the centre where all the massage bars et cetera. I would recommend.

Le Parc is Phitsanulok's newest boutique hotel. Located in a quiet suburban soi ( street ) provides peaceful, luxury accomodation. Newly opened some works still being finished. We have a seminar room and restaurant that caters for 50 attendees. Very close to a beautiful golf course and just beyond that the airport, in the other direction Big C, Tesco, 7 11 and Home Pro supermarkets just mins away.
Bad location, old hotel, photos don’t look like it really is. Guest service is minimal. Lots of noise from their, or soi dogs barking at their shadow at all hours. Don’t expect a lie-in at this place as I was constantly woken by the dogs and possibly staff emptying garbage. The pillows are like concrete so that didn’t help either. If you don’t speak Thai, then forget it.

Almost exactly a year ago that I stayed at this hotel, it is still as good, as clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The only problem for future stay for anyone is the parking spaces. Since the hotel is building a new conferrence room where the rear parking space was. Now only about thirty cars can be parked in the hotel compound. The construction would last until the end of 2018. But once completed, those parking space will be available and this time covered.

Excellent quality, exactly what we were looking for stopping over in Phitsanulok for the night before going on to Sukothai. Clean room, AC, friendly staff and good breakfast. Well located for the bus station.
