Perdido Key, which means “Lost Key” in Spanish is a narrow strip of white beaches and aquamarine waters where beachcombing, fishing and sailing are ways of life not just recreation choices. Perdido Key’s unspoiled beaches are the island’s main attractions. Undulating wind built sand dunes are dotted with sea oats, bunch grass and beach grass. Venture to the eastern end of the island to the Gulf Islands National Seashore where swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, bird watching and hiking are popular pastimes. Tee time, anyone? Two exceptional golf courses are easily accessible, the Perdido Bay Golf Club, a links style course, and Lost Key, a target-style design fashioned by Arnold Palmer designated as an Audubon Signature Cooperative Sanctuary golf course. Other preferred activities on Perdido Key include dolphin watching excursions, moonlight cruises and sailing tours. Perdido Key is also known for its out-of-the-ordinary celebrations such as the New Year’s Polar Bear Dip and the Interstate Mullet Toss. For a non-stop celebration, drop by the legendary Flora-Bama Lounge on Perdido Key, a beachside oyster bar, beach bar and Gulf Coast cultural landmark. Pensacola is located only 15 miles from Perdido Key offering a wealth of day trip options to attractions like Historic Pensacola Village, the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola Lighthouse and Museum and Fort Pickens, a fort built in 1834 and once occupied by federal troops during the Civil War.

The Flora-Bama Yacht Club is an open air waterfront restaurant on Ole River. It is across the street from the world famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Package Store, which is located on the Alabama-Florida state line where Orange Beach, Alabama meets Perdido Key, FL. With a chef to table experience and hand crafted cocktails this Gulf Coast establishment is a place where everyone is a member. Join us by boat or by land, fancy or sandy, and come try our delicious Bushwackers and Greek Shrimp Nachos. Come relax, enjoy the scenery, take in the atmosphere, and make new friends at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club.
The atmosphere is the reason to come here. Its a little party in and of itself. Super family friendly - adults having conversations while kids play in the sand. People lounging on beach furniture eating. Lots of trinkets, pictures, autographs hanging on the wall. Service was quick. Food was ok. Kind of reminded me of an applebees. Those that got the fresh catch said theirs were really good but most of us just ordered platters or baskets off the menu. We arrived at 5:30pm, got seated right away. When we left around 6:30pm, there was a massive line out the door.

Our menu encompasses a great variety of original seafood and local favorites. Ranging from shrimp, fish, crab claws, and crawfish, we also provide po-boys, chicken, and sandwiches for land lovers. Don't forget about our specialty Roasted Red Pepper Bama Sauce over Fettuccine pasta! The goal at the Shrimp Basket is to provide enjoyable, affordable service to each and every one of our guests at whichever restaurant they choose to dine in. This is accomplished by our professional and well-trained staff working together to ensure that your memories are the best that they can be at the Shrimp Basket. It is no surprise that our popularity has magnified among locals and tourists alike as we continue to expand along the Gulf Coast. We are grillin', steamin', and fryin' for you!
We are locals and eat there at least once a month. It is nothing remarkable but is consistently good food. They have updated the menu's and I don't like what they have done as it is hard to find the items I am used to eating but I will get used to it.
I buy the calendar and often get the specials. Most days of the week there are AYCE items. Most often I can not eat the normal portion so I don't get the AYCE. The grilled, broiled, blackened and fried foods are all very good.
They do not have healthy sides, but who eats healthy while on vacation? As I live here I would like a few healthy choices for sides.
I do not eat mayo so they let me sub the slaw for another side. I also LOVE their iced tea. The waitresses are often friendly. Service can be great or only so so. The service quality does not always depend on how busy they are.
You can call in and order and it is ready when you get there. That is so nice when you have company as you can get a few orders of different things and share.
They also have 40 days of fish specials during lent. I enjoy these specials as I get great food at great prices everyday of the week.

Rustic, Florida decor, beautiful views of the Gulf and fantastic food and service will keep you coming back to The Crab Trap, Perdido.
Our family of 5 adults visited the Crap Trap Monday lunch. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very attentive. The lunch menu was limited and did not include crab. The prices jump considerably if ordering from the dinner menu.
The lunch amberjack sandwich was excellent, lunch coconut shrimp (6) were a delight, and the garlic Dungeness crab were a table favorite.

The Flora-Bama Ole River Bar is a bar & grill located on Ole River and across the street from the world famous Flora-Bama.
I order the "12" hamburger. Not really sure what it's called. But not only was the waiter on his second day, The "12" dollar burger was dry and cold. The bacon on the burger, let's just say I thought I was chewing on a piece of rubber. I didn't complain because I didn't think the waiter judging by the service I got there was no point. The fries were slightly warm and soggg. And you would think if you are going to pay $12 for a hamburger and fries, it would be more fries!!!. Is sweet tea was really good but that's about it

Established in 2011, the Jellyfish Bar and Restaurant takes pride and passion in everything we do, our special drinks, prepared in house plates and wonderful sushi, this is what we do. We have a diverse menu with a multi-cultural culinary concept, it is our version of fresh food and drinks with our own unique style. Thank you for taking the time to visit our page and we hope you have a wonderful day !
A great little seafood reatuarant. Manager Johnny informed me that all of the sushi comes from Japan. He also happily replaced a susbtandard bowl of gumbo with a larger one, when I pointed out the problem. There is a whole area to watch football games, and a special menu for game nights.. It's on the second floor, but there is an elevator.

The Sunset Grille at Holiday Harbor Marina overlooks the intracoastal waterway and is accessable by car or by boat. Air conditioned seating is available inside, or enjoy the view outside on our dock-side deck, which is heated on chilly days. Our restaurant has a relaxed, family atmosphere with great prices and fresh daily seafood. For the children we have a large, enclosed playground with boats and jet skies they can "drive", as well as a climb and slide for small children. Or, they can just play in the white sand with sand toys. And, we are pet friendly! Items on our menu are prepared when ordered and include: • Specialty sandwiches--Grouper reuben and Sunset Fish Tacos • Deli sandwiches and burgers • Fresh-daily seafood sandwiches and entrees • Gumbo and soups • Full bar with cold beer, wine and specialty cocktails

Multiple visits as we work through the menu choices and haven't been disappointed yet. Last night we got meat pies and shrimp to go. The meat pies are light, airy, and well seasoned with lovely curry dipping sauce. And the shrimp was outstanding! We choose fried shrimp baskets-very generous serving of large shrimp that popped when you took a bite, lightly battered perfection. The hands cut fries are not to be missed. Don't get stuck in the rut of going to chain restaurants when you can get such better quality food for a dollar or two more!

This spot is just north of the bridge going to Perdido Key across the street from Publix. They have all the best quality coffee drinks with very personal service.

I've been coming to the point for years. Generally speaking the food has been good; it's better if you get it hot and you get fresh gulf caught seafood, not farm raised junk. The service is usually good, with an occasional hit and miss, depending on the server, where you sit and how busy they are, so, that's not bad. The thing that just kills e about this place is the dinning areas. As long as this pace has been in business, one would think that they make enough money to put some of it back into the facility, not outside but inside.
I man come guys, the place is run down. Improve it! Make the dinning experience more pleasant. Its one thing to have a place where it feels like an old salty dog seafood restaurant, but yet another thing for folks to have to be crammed into a back room with old tables and chairs, walls and ceilings that look like they could cave in at any minute and an overall feeling of uncleanliness, and stuff and hot! This place could be so much better if only the environment were improved.

Beignets are our speciality. They are made fresh when ordered. We offer regular or filled Beignets. Filled has vanilla pudding topped with chocolate syrup. Muffins and Danish are also available. 6:30am till noonish
My family thought they provided a fairly convenient breakfast across the street from the Palacio resort. Their prices are not expensive. However, they do not except checks or credit cards. Bring cash only. Their ATM machine charged us five dollars in fees.
