Welcome to Chao Sheng Seafood Restaurant. We always use the freshest seafood to serve our customer! For more information plase dont hesitate to contact us.
Shop look quiet run down and had the most terrible meal in my Pangkor trip. Fried Oyster as stiff as eating Indian Naan, salted fried prawn as big as my last finger, seaweed soup cooked with all processed ingredient such as fish ball and fishcakes....Am I in an island? Oyster and Lala as tiny as my last finger nail and cost around RM70. Quality of food is bad and expensive. Ended up going back to Teluk Nipah for 4 big prawns (size of men's palm) for RM20 feeling satisfied.

Very nice and typical Malaysian Chinese restaurant.Very crowdy and noisy with groups of Chinese Malaysians.Very good food. We had fried rice with several kind of fresh seafood.Service was good enough even when the restaurant was fully booked.Don't expect a romantic atmosphere.
We only ordered fried noodles, kuey teow and meehun for the 5 of us for late lunch. Taste good but quantity not much for RM15/- a plate.

Walking on Pristine, clean, sandy beaches is a "TRUE PLEASURE"!! This "Caribbean style" beach is about 620 meters long, it is also has many trees which line the beach and provide shade. There is also a small island nearby which limits "strong" wave activity! In addition, the many food stalls, local restaurants and convenience stores are certain to meet ones needs!!!Its a very enjoyable beach to relax on, read a book, walk along and swim!!

Located at Pasir Bogak. We went as 2 so there was a limited number of dishes we could try. For all of the dishes we ordered were up to par 7.5/10. Steamed fish, Ginger Spring Onion Chicken, Fried tomato egg and veg. Expect a long wait if you see a crowd, they are really short of staffs. However, we ourselves enjoyed good hospitality from the granny there(if I'm not mistaken she was the mother of the shop owner). Lady boss was caring enough to warn us about the accident proned street while in the hurry to keep the other customers served. Thumbs up!

Food is good and priced reasonable. Serve typical Chinese Asian food and with steam rice. The squid is taste good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is perfectly situated on an amazing part of the beach which is lovely in the day but really excels at night time with the perfect ambiance.Only criticism is that both times we visited for lunch / dinner the items we wanted on the menu were not available. This was disappointing as there were no other restaurants with these items.Apart from that definitely worth a visit.

We tried Uncle Lim Restaurant during our second evening at PLR. I had read reviews on TripAdvisor about the cuisine not being to everyoneâs liking. Uncle Lim (the restaurant so named after the oldest employee at the resort) serves up Hock Chew/Peranakan food. We ordered a duck roll, sour and spicy seafood soup, beef rendang, scallops with asparagus, and prawns with shrimp paste. The dishes were very competently executed, though Iâd understand westerners might find the taste challenging if theyâre accustomed to the âChinese cuisineâ commonly found in Chinatowns overseas. I think the food will be very welcoming to residents of Malaysia and Singapore. While the restaurant doesn't offer breathtaking views of the sea unlike the other restaurants at PLR, it more than makes up for it with the food, and service. Talking about service - my wife had mentioned to the staff (whose name unfortunately, we did not note) that it was my birthday. Lo and behold - a birthday cake was delivered to our room after we finished dinner!

With a diverse selection of soup bases such as the popular tom yam soup and favourate dried anchovies broth, we use only the freshest and finest ingredients to serve an excellent steamboat. Each soup is made daily from scratch and simmers for hours on the
We kept coming back to this restaurant (stayed a couple of nights nearby) as the food was local and absolutely delicious, staff were very friendly, knowledgable about surroundings and the animals and the view was paradise! Definitely recommend coming down here for a beer, for lunch or dinner, and for the toucans! :)

This should definitely be a destination if you are staying at the Pangkor Laut resort. The cooking is very good and the setting where all the tables have a beautiful view out over the bay makes it a very romantic alternative for dining couples. The dishes on the main menu are wonderful but there are also options that can be added with a supplement. We had both fish and meat dishes and all was cooked perfectly. The presentation is also done with great care. You will receive an amuse bouche and a pallet cleanser to break up the dishes and the variety of desserts is definitely tempting.
