Set in a small strip of shops across from Costco, Eastern Dragon stands out in an area with many Asian restaurants. The place is quite attractive. The small dining room has comfortable booths. Considering I've never seen the place crowded, I imagine their main business is takeout. Chinese and Japanese menus. The Chinese combination dishes at lunchtime are a remarkable bargain and very tasty. Service is efficient but not chatty-friendly. My wife and I keep coming back -- we really like this place. And, the portions are so substantial that we can always take some of the meal home and enjoy it a second time.

I treated my nephew and niece-in-law to lunch before they drove me to the Philadelphia Airport: They had limited experience with Japanese cuisine, and my niece was ready to take on some raw fish! The food -- beef teriyaki, sushi, sashimi, papaya salad, miso soup -- was quite tasty. Given that the restaurant was virtually empty on our arrival, we sat for far too long before our order was taken by a borderline hostile waitperson. The "Hi! My name is Cleo" approach which annoys me in California restaurants is better than the feeling that my presence was somehow inconvenient at Cho Cho San.

This works great for friends who like chinese but don't like sushi. Love the lunch specials. I like that you see your sushi being made while you wait, It's fairly small so we go for lunch about 11:30 before it gets busy. Service is friendly.

It's an upscale asian buffet style restaurant serving over 150 items include sushi, saeafood, hot entrees of japanese, korean, chinese dishes, salads, soups, desserts and much more.
My daughter chose this restaurant as her birthday lunch. We arrived with a party of 6. We were seated right away. The assortment of sushi and sashimi was beyond belief! The Sushi was fresh, delicious and they worked hard to keep up with demand. The hot options were great too. Not only was there Chinese and Japanese food, but Korean food options as well. The quality and choices of salads, soups, entrees were endless. It was quite affordable to lunch too. We all enjoyed ourselves.

We came here New Year's Eve and had a lovely dinner. It was very relaxed and chic inside and the cuisine was delicious. Great service too. We tried some salads and some rolls and Churashi and everything was delicious. Planning on going back soon for the unnamed roll which is crab and lobster. It's amazing!

Four vegetarians in our party were quite pleased with our salads edamame, miso and appetizer choices. The pancakes, and veggie dumplings were great and every one of the rolls (avocado, sweet potato, cucumber) were eaten quickly. The Vegetable Tempura was fresh, flavorful and crispy and not at all oily. The children (ages 6 & 10) were happy with their rolls and loved their Mango Smoothies. Service was very friendly, attentive and extremely efficient. We will return to this place in the future!

We have eaten here several times. The food is always delicious. However, we've noticed the portions getting a little smaller the last 2 times. Our server barely spoke or did any of the things that they normally do. He didn't use hardly any seasonings and seemed like he couldn't wait to finish. The vegetables they serve now are 90% corn. Before you would always get a nice variety. I had the filet and chicken. I was served 9 small pieces of filet and the same for the chicken. We've always brought the leftovers home for lunch but this time we both finished the entire meal. While we were paying our check they actually had a waiter come out, wipe the table and place the menus at our seats for the next table. It was rude. Seems as though they are worried about getting people in and out rather than quality.
