Tables, chairs and small dining area are "Spartan" and informal. It seems that many patrons prefer to order take out. We dined in. We started with hot and sour soup which was OK. The large crepe with grilled chicken was interesting, flavorful and with a nice mix of crunch and soft textures. It was a pretty unique dish. The pork/shrimp dumplings, garlic pork and Tso chicken were very good. Hot, tasty and very inexpensive. A nice find in central PA where Asian or Chinese restaurants are scarce.

This was the second time we ordered on-line from Jasmine, using the system on their website. The first time we ordered the food was ready for pickup at the time indicated, and the meal was excellent. This time was a totally different experience. Our dinner was not ready for fully 30 minutes later than the indicated time, and I sat and cooled my heels without so much as an explanation or an apology. When our dinner was finally ready, I mentioned to the person at the cash register that it was 30 minutes late and all she said was "We really got slammed tonight." So much for customer service. On top of that the dinner was not nearly as good as the first time we ordered. The calamari was tough, cold, and dry, and nearly inedible. The pad thai was very oddly spiced, and totally different from the last time we ordered. The seafood dish I ordered had very little of the advertised seafood. We will not be back.

Very good buffet! They brought out new food while we were there.. Not a lot of veggies though. Sushi was good. Garlic Chicken was nice to see, because we never see it in a buffet. Hot and sour soup was good.They had ice cream in individual cups which is a smart idea. Cheese cake like dessert was awesome!Staff was efficient.

Although I've lived in this town for years, I was only introduced to Joy Thai, by a friend, within the last couple years. WOW! Am I disappointed that this hidden gem wasn't found earlier. The atmosphere is colorful, cozy: the staff is friendly and helpful: and the food is delicious! Drunken noodles were fabulous, That was my first visit. Their lunch prices are great and the portions big. This would be a great place to also take out of town friends who think our town is boring. Come downtown and enjoy some authentic Thai food!

My husband and I were here a few nights ago with a pretty large party (25-30 people), and we were absolutely delighted with our whole experience. The staff were wonderful and took great care of us... considering how many of us there were. The menu is extensive, and we had a hard time deciding, but we ultimately both chose the chicken and angus steak hibachi, and we loved it! The salad and soup before the main course were delicious, and we devoured everything. The meat was delicious, as were the noodles and rice. Altogether, we couldn't have asked for a nicer meal. We look forward to coming back when we're in the area again!

Visited and old high school friend in Williamsport, and he took me to his favorite restaurant in town, Ichiban. I ordered sushi and he ordered a beef and veggie dish from the kitchen. Both were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find top quality sushi in the mountains of PA. There is also a Benihana style presentation cooking area in the back that, judging by the reaction of the dinners, appears also to be a hit.

I go their at least once a week, I have eaten in, but take out a lot. Their services is great, and you have your food in no time at all. They never have a problem if I order like a mix of two different dishes into one. Or add something to a dish, like baby corn, and snow peas. When I call they know me, and have a really good idea of what I even what. They will make it spicy, or not which ever you like. And they will tell you if you what something spicy, that it wouldn't go good with what you ordered. I have never had any dish their that I didn't enjoy! They are nice to everyone, friendly. The food stays so hot, it is hot even by the time I get home. Try different meals, you will enjoy other things just as well as what you might always order. I stepped out of the box and started getting different meals, and have been pleased with everyone. So go for it!!! If you haven't already TRIED the chicken OR beef on a stick---Really good, tender, juicy, and so tasty. I am hungry for something from their right now just thinking about it.... Think I need to make a trip! Enjoy, you will be going back, and back.

This is a typical Chinese buffet but I'm giving it 5 stars because they do everything correctly. The place is clean, the bathroom is clean and the help is very pleasant. The food on the buffet table is extremely hot and that right there is very important to not getting any food borne illness. The selection is pretty good and it's one of the better places around. I will eat there again and I do recommend it.
