For some PC reason chipotle has stopped serving any pork at their restaurants. I loved the shreds pork and the charnitas pork, what a bummer. Beef burrito (huge size)was merely OK. They also stopped the limes for Iced tea. The $charge for guacamole is too much. Plus my burrito tore before I got it out of the basket.No toilet paper in rest room

San Marcos is new to Hanover and appears to serve the local Hispanic community. The decor is very simple and basic diner, the wait staff was helpful & speaks English with a heavy accent, the food is good and plentiful, the price reasonable. Parking can be an issue in downtown Hanover, but adequate paid (metered) parking is available within a short walk. The restaurant is connected to the Hispanic store. The only downside is the sound from the TV combining with the background music and producing a confusing mix. We will visit again.

We live 1 block away from another ice cream shop in town but always make the drive to come here for our iced goodiesâtheyâre amazing!! They say itâs all homemade and you can taste the difference. Their flavors are so diverse. They have your traditional, tried and true flavors along with newer, more creative ones. Our favorite is their gansito ice cream. Love coming here.

The old mexican standby for us Hanoverans. The atmosphere is very colorful, although the booths can be a bit uncomfortable. The menu is HUGE and I usually stick with what I know I like, which is the chimichangas, fried and stuffed with tender beef tips. Food is plentiful and service is always good and familiar. Sometimes the food comes out of the kitchen almost TOO fast. Very cheap eats, too, especially from the combo menu.

Wanted something different for a business lunch and El Rodeo filled the bill beautifully. Tremendous value- Triple Combo of Beef Enchilada, Beef Empinada and Chili Riellno was an unbelievable $8.95. Better than average fresh hot tortilla chips with a fresh and nicely spiced salsa, ice-cold draft beers, pleasant staff and fun even if over the top Tex Mex Atmosphere makes this a worthwhile place to enjoy.

This little gem of a place offers truly traditional Mexican food. Family owned and operated ensures authenticity with fresh ingredients. Guest can observe fresh ingredients being prepped daily. Authentic Mexican objects including Sombreros and Serapes decorate the walls. Seating is basic and functional, booth style. Very casual, seat yourself. A server will bring complimentary chips and both green and red salsa to start you off while selecting your order. Most of the staff can understand someone ordering in English, and they are very tolerant of those of us trying to pronounce the dishes in Spanish. You can always order by the number assigned to each selection, which are all described in English on the menu. The food is wonderful, and the portions are very generous. It is such a joy to eat great Mexican food and see many cultures enjoying the experience together.

The wait was very long on a Wednesday, the chips with salsa they provide are not good. I went with 3 other people and we all got completely different things all of which werenât fantastic. I recommend the chimichanga if nothing else. Thereâs so many other places in Hanover to get Mexican food, id skip this one.
