Things to do in Cranberry Township

Our batting average for decent Chinese food while on the road is under 500 so we should have known. In this case, TripAdvisor let us down. Don't believe the high scores. Yes, the owners are nice and I now know that I am the sign of the rat, but that's the best I can say. Orange beef was more like a stew, with large planks of beef-like meat swimming in a vat of oily brown goo with nothing else. Hot and sour soup was literally (in the true sense of this over-used word) the same sauce as the orange beef, dark oily goo, with mushroom stems and ebony (honest!) pieces of tofu (I think...) bobbing in it. Completely inedible. One slight ray of sunshine. The special lamb was OK, lots of veggies not overcooked but still in that same dark oily goo, just not as much. Travelers, BEWARE!

Where to Eat in Cranberry Township: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I eat with my co-workers at Red Bowl every few weeks. It's always fresh and delicious. The restaurant has about 12 tables inside. They have generous serving portions, lunch menu prices, and prompt service. The soups are delicious and the pad thai sauce is the perfect amount of sweet. In general the plates have a lot of sauce, which is great. We'll be back soon!

Visiting for the first time with friends. Probably the best egg rolls I've had in a long time. I ordered the spicy mango chicken. A nice blend of heat and sweet! Three meals, three empty plates! Good stuff!

My husband and I live about an hours drive from this restaurant in a larger metropolitan area, but we make the trek to this restaurant about once a month because it's good, clean and friendly!Peanut chicken is a big favorite, though everything is good! A variety of American and Asian fare fill the buffet, along with a salad and dessert bar.Staff is wonderful! Drinks are always full and the waitresses are kind! It is difficult, at times, to bridge the language gap, but otherwise, a great, inexpensive dinner!

Recently stopped at Jimmy Wannâs and were very pleased with service, staff and food. Our waitress was attentive without being overly so. The food was awesome. Started with shrimp tempura, shrimp & broccoli, and shrimp fried rice (notice a pattern?). The bartender gave an excellent pour of bourbon (as an appetizer, of course). While a tad pricey, it is definitely worth the expense.
