My dad and I visited here for lunch on 9/29/17. We started off with crispy noodles and duck sauce, Hot and Sour soup. I tried an egg roll, it was hot and crispy and delicious. Both my dad and I ordered lunch specials. My dad ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan and I ordered Crispy Spicy Orange Beef, both of us had pork fried rice, everything was delicious. The service was nice and the woman who owns this establishment was very professional and remembers me on every visit. Award winning, Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, and Mandarin Cuisines! Definitely check out Da Chen, you will be glad to did! Highly Recommended!

Recently I decided to visit the Springfield location for a meeting with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. Now I am always glad to have an opportunity to get a lunch with a friend or two but always end up boxing the rest to go. Finding out they now have half portions even during lunch is such a great thing, I will be frequenting more often. Please try the lettuce raps and their chicken pad tai very yummy.

First time visiting Ichiban Buffet for lunch. It was shortly after the weekday lunch crowd. No crowds. Great value for the price. Staff was friendly. Dining area was clean. Staff removed dirty plates promptly. Buffet area was clean, food nicely arranged and refilled quickly. Food seemed freshly made. Sushi rolls were great. The lunch buffet has everything. If you leave hungry, it is your own fault. Ribs, ham, turkey, pizza, steamed shrimp, fried blue crabs, vegetables, potatoes, several popular chinese dishes, sushi rolls, made to order stir fry, many soups, salads, desserts and so much more. There is something for everyone and great value.

I order from the lunch specials about once a month, since I live nearby. The portions used to be overflowing, now they are close to what you would expect for $5. You can choose from about 25 items, meat, fish, chicken and you receive a plate of the lunch entree, topped on your choice of regular fried rice, plain fried rice or white rice, choice of 3 soups and a fortune cookie. My favorite lunch combo is shrimp lo mein, although my daughter orders the chicken mei fun, which is quite tasty. The staff is very friendly and professional, as well.

Everyone raves about this place and I donât understand why.. service has always been friendly and efficient, but the food is always on the bland side.

As one would expect, the menu had the basics from Thai, Chinese, and Japanese. (No Thai for the lunches.) I got a Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box. Salad dressing tasteless, Sushi good texture but also tasteless, Salmon perfect. Lots of rice. Good service.
