Things to do in Red Lion
The food here is so fresh and full of flavor. They have Peruvian and Mexican choices. The service is different than a typical restaurant. They have you place your order then pick it up, no bid deal in my opinion. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. Seco is the beed dinner the other is a fish. Both very, very good

My husband and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. There were plenty of tables but we chose to sit at the bar. My husband enjoys the craft beer (loves Pilner's or lagers the best). I ordered a "poco" big burrito and the size was perfect and it was delicious. My husband ordered the Pizza Fresca and enjoyed it very much. The crust comes out a bit burnt since they are oven fired and we like them that way. Just know that ahead of time in case you don't like yours burnt - they will accommodate you and not make it that blackened. The service was very good and we had a good conversation with the young man that was the bartender that night. We will definitely go back again and would recommend this restaurant for those Mexican and Italian food lovers.

We were a party of six for dinner, and were promptly served chips and salsa which were delicious. Our party ordered margaritas of which at least two were considered weak. The waitress helpfully had another one made. When the food arrived, the fajitas were sizzling hot and delicious; the Peruvian food (beef and fava bean dish) had an odd taste and was not eaten by the diner; and each part of my enchilada dinner was cold. The queso sauce that I requested was so cold that it was lumpy and delivered to the table that way. Our waitress was attentive and courteous most of the time but had one instance of defensiveness that was shocking. Unfortunately, the remark was directed at the person who was paying the check that night.

The highlight of this restaurant is the guacamole which they make fresh at your table. It has a great flavor and is fun to share with the table. The main course meals are ok, nothing great, just middle of the road. The major downfall of this restaurant is their wait staff. We only had 5 people at our table, yet our drinks were empty almost the entire time, we were served the wrong food twice and it was nearly impossible to find our waiter to get our bill. Very disappointing.
I have been to several Chipotles this is by far the best. The service, the cleanliness and the food. Near the Queensgate Shopping center. Stop here when shopping in the area. I recommend the chicken bowl. They were grilling the chicken while I was there. We well cooked and spiced.
