Yuzu Asian Cuisine might be the hidden culinary gem of Lancaster, PA. Located directly across from the Lancaster Amtrak Station, Yuzu offers a delectable option to sitting and waiting for your train. I ordered the luncheon sushi platter. It was a delicious panoply of fresh fish, some of the finest miso soup I had ever tasted, and a salad with obviously fresh ginger dressing.Service was exemplary and pricing more than reasonable. I recommend Yuzu Asian Cuisine without reservation!

This is the third sushi place in Lancaster weâve tried. It was the best out of those three but not so good. I will come back if I cannot find anything better around here... The service was good. Our waiter didnât speak very good English but he was very tentative and a great server. The food was okay.

Unexpected excellent experience on a random Saturday. We were in the mood for sushi and searched for places near Costco. Although Lancaster is not too far from the ocean, we weren't expecting oceanside Nobu level rolls. What we stumbled upon was a $20/person all-you-can-eat sushi deal that apparently runs every Saturday and Sunday. To make it even better, you choose off the normal menu. It's not like a sushi buffet with no frills (e.g. Minado, Sumo Sushi). Whatever specialty roll you want, you get. Sushi quality was better than expected. The only thing that stood out as a possible negative was that a lot of the specialty rolls had wasabi, so you had to pay close attention to the descriptions if you're not a horseradish fan.

Immediately upon walking into this place we could smell the amazing aromas of the cuisine. And then I immediately saw this amazing dish being walked to a table, and it looked so good I had to ask what it was. In the end, I was so full with just the noodle dish I couldn't even finish the broth, but I wanted more. I would have gotten more if I could have fit it in my stomach! So, so good.
