My husband & I went for lunch today. The food is very good & comes out quickly. You get to pick from level 1 up to 5 for spiciness. Unlike other Thai restaurants we have recently been too-the prices are reasonable. We each ordered Jasmine Hot Tea & our server even refilled the pot (this never happens at other Thai restaurants). For our appetizer we tried the Angel Blanket which for like spring rolls with cream cheese. They were very good & tasty. My husband had the fresh ginger with chicken & I had the sweet & sour chicken. A lovely salad (or you could have soup) & a small spring roll was included with lunch. For dessert we tried the Mango Sticky Rice-it was amazing. The restaurant is very small-maybe about 12 tables but I would highly recommend That Tamarind.

Located in the cultural district in downtown, this place offers a different, more healthy choices of those close by. The ambience is very cool, thoughtfully decorated and the food and service were very good. I was amused that they made the extra effort to have everything uniquely Thai, from the decoration, the food, the plates or bowls o which the food was served and the staff

Сhain of Thai restaurants in Pittsburgh. There are three addresses in the city where these restaurants are located. Most liked the cleanliness in these restaurant. Real Thai food at affordable prices. I especially liked the yellow curry. Did not like the soup Tom Yam.
