Our family had a delicious meal at Garlic. The bacon wrapped scallops, wedge salad, and pear salad were all incredible. We had two cuts of meat - filet and tenderloin - plus a lobster tail, whipped potatoes, asparagus, and lobster Mac n cheese. All were wonderfully prepared. The service was top notch. *The only thing to be aware of is that wine by the bottle is extremely pricey...there wasnât a bottle of Cabernet or Pinot Noir under $65. We brought our own wine in and even with the $30 corkage fee it was total cost less than anything the restaurant had.

We are regulars here, as the meals are always good. The salad is plentiful, crispy and fresh. The rolls are the best in the area. Our steaks are always cooked exactly as we ordered. The service here is great. However, all of the singing and dancing is annoying, but does not prevent us from returning. They also have a steak night, $9.99 for an 8 oz. sirloin, just great. The beer is ice cold too!!!

I ate here back when I lived in Stroudsburg but haven't been back in many years. The restaurant was still very good. We both had the cream of mushroom soup and some vegetarian entrees. It's nice that they have veg/vegan options. The rest of the menu looked good, too. Our server, Christina, was nice and just attentive enough. The house Chardonnay was also good.
