The Oakmont Deli serves up delicious made to order sandwiches, and other deli staples such as cole slaw, potato salad, chicken salad and cold cuts. Steaks and other cuts are also available for purchase. There is a small eat in area - and even water service for your dog outside. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Return visit after a few years. Crab bisque was salty, the pierogis were burnt and soggy. Tasteless filling, potato and cheese. Staff was attentive but not enough to make up for the poor quality of the food. Soggy pierogi, must have microwaved them. Give it a pass.

Three of us visited for lunch. The restaurant was busy and we waited about 5 minutes to be seated. We were greeted by friendly waitress which took our drink order. The menu was varied and had plates that included noodles, meats, vegetables, dumplings, rice and more. We shared steamed vegetable dumplings which were hand made. The rice dumpling was soft, however very bland. I had the braised beef with rice. It included a hard boiled duck egg. The cilantro added flavor but overall again very bland. The beef was very well prepared and tender. One of party had the Dan Dan Noodles which were identified as spicy. I tried them and the flavor was much more intensified with the spice, not overly spicy but just right. I would encourage you to order any spicy item that meets your interest because I believe the flavor would be much more enjoyable. Everything was certainly authentic, service was prompt and cheerful.
