My family had take-out from the Springhouse store on 07/26/06. We were very excited about trying out the PCE because we are HUGE fans of seafood, and tonight seemed perfect for trying out a new place. Our excitement soon turned into disappointment when we got home + had our dinner.Order:4 "Famous" jumbo lump crab cakes. Obviously had an EXCESS in filler - you can see the crab meat, but you can't taste it! It was bland; lacked flavor.1 Fried oyster dish - Breading was flavorless + we were not able to taste the oyster. Fried oysters should have a "bite" of oyster taste, of which this dish was seriously lacking. It was bland + tasteless (matching the description of crab cakes). My mother, out of curiousity, decided to take apart a fried oyster, only to find NOT EVEN A WHOLE OYSTER. It was obvious this oyster was either sliced into 1/2 or 1/3 and then breaded.1 Chicken Finger meal - Tasted the chicken fingers + this ranked as one of the worst chicken meals I have had. Essentially tasted like something one would find either at a nursing home OR hospital setting, cooked for someone who has just received gastric surgery (i.e. requiring a BLAND diet). Chicken had NO flavor, and the pepper interspersed on the breading didn't aid in accentuating the flavor whatsoever.1 "Famous" clams casino - none better. No one can better compete for the lack of quality that we expected from going to your seafood establishment. It was cheaply made, with bacon + sausage providing more flavor than the minced clam meat that we were expecting to taste. The texture of clam was present, but the taste was overpowered by sausage + bacon.I tried to be as objective as possible in describing the disappointment we felt when we tasted our dinner. We felt ripped-off; we spent our money expecting quality food - instead, we received a substandard product. Part of a good business philosophy should not only worry about profit, but also to keep in mind that one should also keep a good customer base - and this is not achieved by ripping customers off with 1/2 oysters in the fried oysters + minced clam meat in clams casino. We truly feel that we had received an inferior product in our dinner tonight, and we are EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

Bonefish Grill

Bar service and food was very good. The Bang Bang shrimp is always very good and the shrimp toast was an unusual presentation and very tasty. The disappointment stemmed from the lobster tail being ready less than 5 minutes after the salads were served. So while they sat, the entrees cooled and were only lukewarm when served. As our server told us at the end, they knew they had a problem and had now corrected it, but still served our meals in an unsatisfactory condition.
