Since 1989, the Powerhouse Eatery has been providing customers with an exceptional dining experience in a unique, historic atmosphere. The former power plant from which we take our name has been transformed into a contemporary dining destination, welcomin
We have eaten here since it first opened and this was so disappointing. From our dinner salads to our dinners- what happened? I just wanted a normal side salad but I was served a salad with the tiniest pieces of different lettuce varieties. Sorry but I like a nice sized salad with tomatoes. I ordered the filet mignon and it was so tough and looked so small sitting alone on that large plate; throw some veggies on that plate please! The sad part was that we left hungry- which has never happened at any restaurant before. Hoping it was an off night? No idea but we were disappointed with our meals.I still recommend stopping into this eatery for the history and atmosphere but maybe sit in the bar area and stick with sandwiches or bar food. Because of itâs history we will try it again, but instead of dinner, we will order sandwiches.
