Bristol is a borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, 23 miles (37 km) northeast of Center City Philadelphia, opposite Burlington, New Jersey on the Delaware River. Bristol was first incorporated in 1720. After 1834, the town became very important to the development of the American Industrial Revolution as the terminus city of the Delaware Canal providing greater Philadelphia with the days High Tech Anthracite fuels from the Lehigh Canal via Easton. The canal and a short trip on the Delaware also gave the town access to the mineral resources available in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York via each of the Morris Canal, the Delaware and Hudson Canal, and the Delaware and Raritan Canal, and connected the community to those markets and trade from New York City. These were among the factors spurring development of Bristol and nearby towns, explaining in part the industries which developed in the region.

We have eaten here twice. Both times I noticed a very strong smell of cleaning products when I walked in. It was very unappealling, but I got used to it and then didn't notice it anymore. The servers are pleasant. The food is wonderful. Last visit I got the Pho with roast pork, egg noodles and dumplings. Mushrooms would have been great in this. He got the chicken pho. It was also really good. We got beef Hanoi rolls, the peanut sauce is fabulous, the rice paper wrappers seemed a little tough, but the flavors were good. We will return.

We've had there food before when we first moved into town. They are quite expensive but they do have a large menu to try. We decided to try eating inside. They are decorated really cute and the place is always busy. The waitress seemed to be working the whole restaurant and we felt bad. We ordered and our food came out relatively quickly, and it was good. Prices are still high. You really don't get much for what you are paying. Later in the night I regretted eating there, as I had stomach issues as did my husband. Will not be going back.

A full range of authentic Chinese cuisines, from the hot and spicy entrees of the Mandarin, Szechuan and Hunan provinces, to the delicate cuisines of Cantonese province
We were looking forward to the food here based on the reviews but end up severely disappointed. Perhaps its near closing time; the cook was tired or in a hurry... who knows? Maybe we're just an isolated incident since most reviews seemed favorable. Staff/employee was sweeping and tidying the place up an hour before closing but owner still welcomed take-out orders. Ordering process was swift and ready within 10 minutes; tipped 15%. House special lo-mein tasted bland and had exactly 1 shrimp, 2 skinny slivers of roast pork, no beef, a dime-size piece of chicken and 2 shreds of wilted cabbage. I couldn't go past 3 forkfuls. The combination plate came with fried rice so black from overly soy-sauced which made it too salty and unedible. We threw it away. Wonton soup was ok because it was nice and hot but hardly any meat in the wonton.
