We were so happy to find a restaurant close by with excellent food, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere, and a pleasant and accomodating staff! Formerly "Uncle Ray's, Louie G's is a completely different restaurant with a new owner, who besides being a really nice guy, is an excellent cook. He completely remodeled the old dining room (thank goodness), and it makes for pleasurable dining. You can bring your own beer and wine too. Everything we've had is always fresh and delicious. And the pizza is out of this world!Give it a try. I guarantee you'll be back for more.

We stopped in one evening after going to a wine bar and I must say that this place took me by surprise. I love old buildings and refurbished places that try to retain some of the ambience of the original place, and Yard of Ale hit the spot- a great vibe that made me feel like I was in a cross between an old English Pub and a 20's era speak easy. There is a great game room in the basement- pool tables as well as darts! where you can take your drinks or food- it would make a great Bachelor Party location if you're into "fun" more than "frolic".The food was good- not great, but solid and reasonably priced. The service was a bit slack, but I think that the issue was probably more due to server boredom on a VERY slow night rather than incompetence...anybody can go into brain burp mode when there is nothing going on. I think I'd rather have mediocre slow service than the other extreme of so much attention that you can't have two bites between check-ups.This is a really neat place and deserves some good press, so I'm recommending them.

I've had their pizza before for a party at my home. It's was edible but not something I'd crave when wanting pizza. That's ok though. Pizza is very personal. I was craving a meatball sub. My husband wanted Chinese and this place was right next door. I got my sub and went home to eat it. I kid you not, four one inch meatballs were on the sub. The party size you would have for mini meatball appetizers. It was such a disappointment. I won't be back. I am sorry you weâre disappointed with your last visit. Most customers love our meatballs and the quantity they get is standard. On a small sub we put 4 meatballs which fills the bread well. Please give us another try and we wonât disappoint, thanks

Found this place on google maps somehow. Family just wanted pizza and this place was great. From the phone service to the delivery (we picked up but everything was ready for us) to the counter service to the actual food - this was great. Would highly recommend when you are in the area and in the mood for pizza.
We were looking for a pizza restaurant for a large group (20+) during our whitewater rafting adventure in the Poconos. We first found another restaurant that did not seem like interested in a large group! We then stumbled upon Steo's through Yelp and what a pleasant surprise!!This place is wonderful albeit a bit difficult to locate as google maps and navigation maps do not show an accurate location! (it's about couple of miles further west). Its a shame. I however suggest that you call them and ask for directions, that's what we did and I am glad. We ordered several pizzas some vegetarian and some with meat and they were great. I loved their veggie with spinach topping as well as the margharita. Some in our group found the garlic bread a bit too garlicky:-) if there is such a word.

I put in an online order at 4pm asking for delivery at 530pm, prepaid for pizza online. We were going to be out for the evening and wanted pizza delivered for our teens. The pizza was delivered after 630pm, driver asked for payment and had to go back to his car to look for the receipt to confirm he was telling truth. I never received a call or a text saying the pizza was running late. We order on a rare occasion only because they deliver but I need to stop wasting our money!

Momento Pizza is located on North 9th Street in Stroudsburg, PA and offers the finest Italian Cuisine the Poconos has to offer. Stop in today to try one of the many fine dishes we have to offer. Our dining room is available for Private Parties during the
on our annual visit to Shawnee we have gone to the same places for years but this year decided on new ones since one of the traditionals had gotten boring and the other closed. Pure luck that we chose Mementos. Quite busy on a Friday night although many tables cleared fast. We were on the bar side because the online site had made only a booking for two and not four so not sure how things flowed on the dining side. Amazingly it was not that noisy on the bar side even with the tv. Service was efficient and friendly. I had the baby goat special which was a very delicious stew but my pieces were a bit grissly for $32 a plate. The side dishes were quite nice. A side order of broccoli rabe was not as velvety as you'd find in So.Philly homes but luckily was not crunchy like many restaurants seem to make it. Overall a nice dish. The gnocchi with shrimp and pesto was very good and loved by the two who ordered it. Very nice veal scampi ended the entrees.Shared a very nice key lime dessert and two nice cappucino.Definitely on the probable return next year list.

Not sure if it was because of the Labor Day holiday but we gave this place s trial run. Food was so so. They didnât really let us know that they offered flights of beer from their list of beers. Place was loud and busy. Food was okay but nothing spectacular. we will give it another try when itâs not quite so busy.LBIBlonde1,Thanks for giving us a try. As a brewery distillery your server should have given you the "heads-up" we do flights of beer and flights of our spirits! (We should do flights of our spirits - let me look into that one) Busy is good - loud - yup an acoustical challenges that at least for a month (Hundreds of Halloween decorations are up) will be a little better. Have had acoustic panels on the list for a while and this review just bumped it up. Try the smoked Prime Rib or Smoked Meatloaf. Our daily specials are fun as well. Breakfast is great and not as busy (most of the time) Respectfully, Trip

We stopped in here twice on our trip to the Poconos. We've been here several times before, and their food, everything we've tried is amazing and their pizza is the best around!!! If you go here be sure to try the tartufo (Italian Ice Cream). It's hard to find anywhere else. You won't regret it, save room for this!

I ordered 2 slices of meat lovers pizza, garlic knots, and a soda. The pizza was delicious. The garlic knots had so much oil, it was dripping off the garlic knots. The marina sauce didn't want to stick to the garlic knots. The waitress didn't come back to check if everything was ok for 35 minutes after she brought the food. A refill of soda would have been helpful much earlier.
