Bertucci's restaurants are firing-up brick ovens from New England to Virginia, each reflecting the distinct character and local charm of its community. Like the original Bertucci's, every kitchen is open, making our brick oven part of the restaurant exper
While chain restaurants for the most part offer less than thrilling dining experiences, a recent stop at a nearby Bertucci's (in the midst of a pounding cloud-burst), offered us a port in the storm and a delicious evening meal. We started with a small house salad & hot-from-the-oven rolls w/ herbed olive oil. For his entrée, my husband ordered one of the day's specials - Lobster Ravioli in a cream sauce with cherry tomatoes & found it acceptable, but its lobster flavor a bit too subtle. I chose the evening's winner - Lasagna Rustica (handmade layers of pasta, Bolognese meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses) baked to gooey perfection. Service was prompt & friendly with our server happily providing two spoons for our complimentary cannoli dessert (an E-Mail special offer).Thank you very much !

Maggio's offers an extensive menu of Italian and non Italian entree items. A wide variety of sandwiches and a comprehensive breakfast menu with omelettes and such. They also offer an array of fresh salads. Our server was excellent and particularly helpful and atentive. There is a bar with big screen TV's as well as several banquet rooms. There is ample parking. I believe thatchy even have a Keno parlor. We found the food to be OK, not exemplary. When the restaurant gets busy, it get noisy and difficult to have a serious conversation.Seems to be a hit with locals.Thank you for you taking the time and making the effort to post your review. I am sorry that you found our family owned restaurant only average. Since we opened Maggioâs in 1976 we have always attempted to produce the absolute best in foods, drinks, cleanliness, and ambience. A family member is always on the premises and can be spoken with by a simple request. Our goal has always been and will always remain to be the absolute best of the best.Thank you,Michael From Maggioâs

The chief and I love this place. The food is upscale italian and for a local place, it is outstanding. Itâs a byob. The waitstaff are professional and friendly. It has table cloths and is very lovely inside. The salads are huge. I love the spinach gnocchi with ground veal, the fish specials, the veal chop, and the chief loves the lagastinos, ravioli and the mussels. It does get loud on weekends so we always go during the week. Closed Mondayâs.

My daughter and I stopped here by chance on our way to a volleyball tournament in Philadelphia. It was a Friday night and they were packed, however, the hostesses at the front did an excellent job keeping people apprised. After a short wait, we sat and had bruchetta, chicken soup, chicken parmigiana, and pizza. Our waitress, Taylor B, was absolutely superb. She had several tables, but it felt like she only had us as she was present and very attentive. The quality of the food was top notch. Great overall experience and would highly recommend.
We live about 2 miles from this place and pass it all the time, but didn't try it until last night. We were so pleased! We were greeted immediately and with huge smiles. Our server, Hannah, was top-notch as was another server who was in that particular room setting up for a party. Both checked with us frequently during our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I both chose the chicken parmagiana, which came with a Caesar or house salad or soup. We had the Caesar, which was plentiful and delicious and included large chunks of shaved parmesan cheese. Yum! The chicken dish was amazing and included three pieces as well as a pile of penne pasta. We both took some home. The garlic knots were also delicious. Sadly, we didn't have room for dessert.I look forward to returning.

Gathering for luncheon after a family reunion, it was decided to book Lamberti's Cucina. They were very welcoming, gave us a private area to dine and we were given a few choices on the menu to choose from. Graciously they allowed substitutions for some. Salads and bread and later dessert for all. I thought the service was incredible - So many to serve and besides the food coming out almost simultaneously, the wait staff was friendly! The food was tasty and authentic Italian - My Parm was tender, perfectly cooked- great. don't be misled it being in a 'strip mall' / not a stand alone Restaurant. I recommend it.

After having only lunch here, my husband and I recently had our first dinner and what an excellent meal it was. We had a great table by the window/fountain and enjoyed several delicious courses while enjoying fabulous service. The portions were more than generous and I left with enough for another meal. We would highly recommend.
