First I would like to give a shout-out to our great server, Hannah. She was friendly, funny, and very attentive. At first I was afraid the metal chairs would not be comfortable but they actually were very comfortable. The exposed brick walls gave it a very comfortable feeling that made us want to hang out a little while longer and enjoy another beer.I ordered the cheeseburger and I have never seen so much cheese. My husband ordered the chicken nachos. I gave him half of my meal and he gave me some of his nachos. Both were excellent and my fries were perfect...crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. We wanted to go back again but didn't make it back to Columbia before we left PA.

We stopped in for lunch after hearing about the place from relatives (who are semi-regulars though they live 40 minutes away). We were seated immediately and drink orders taken. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly.Everyone ordered something different and all were pleased. I ordered the nachos, and would order them again. Everything appeared clean. We will defintely be back.

We brew and serve our own quality craft beers. A small menu of snacks and sandwiches, utilizing local suppliers, is available to accompany. Low-tops, high-tops, and a twelve seat bar. Live music on Saturdays.
Finding this on a web search and having family who has been there, we gave this a go on a Saturday night. Right in downtown Columbia, they have Saturday night live music right behind the bar. They have a great in-house beer selection and while the food menu is small, everything we tried is delicious. Be sure to eat their garlic pickles. This place truly captures what a small craft brew bar/restaurant is about. Weâre talking about going again real soon.

First time here. This place is very casual bar style with table service booths, but with surprisingly good food. The "Blacked Bacon Bourbon Burger", $12.99, is excellent, perfect in fact - true Bourbon Burger taste. It's a bit sloppy to eat, I wimped out and used a knife & fork. My wife & I split the burger and a huge order of "MO Fries" - Sloppy Joe over fries with 4 cheddar cheese blend then baked golden brown for $11.99. When I say huge believe it - a heaped up plate enough for a couple of people and is on the Starters part of the menu. This combination made a full meal for us. Another thing I really liked was they had Sirius Satellite Radio playing the Classic Vinyl station, '60s & '70s - Robert Plant, Deep Purple, Stones, Cream ... just a good night out to eat - we WILL be back.

Completely restored railroad hotel built in 1903. Operating as a full-service Inn & Restaurant, Bully's has been described by many as one of the best-kept secrets in Lancaster & York. The Inn has 11 well appointed rooms all with private baths, iron beds,
Think of an old fashioned boarding house with an attached Bar and Grill. That is Bully's. Good food ,good service and very reasonable prices. Don't overlook the historical bio on back of menu.Thank you for the kind words. Cheers

Enjoy casual dining in a restored silk mill along the Susquehanna River. Our four seasons Dining Room, a timbered structure that extends from our building and is enclosed on three sides with glass, has a breathtaking view of the River at one of its widest
Definitely the place to stop if you are near Columbia, Wrightsville or York. Went for lunch and our food was very good (catfish tacos and roasted fennel, strawberry salad with salmon). Delightful to sit outside with a view of the river. Everyone was friendly and the service was prompt. Great place to stop!

Wow! What a big surprise to enjoy half off appetizers and get a free growler and flights from local flavor. Otherwise we may never have stopped here. Enjoyed the beers and the cocktails. All the appetizers were delicious and generous portions. Our server, Justina was super friendly and helpful! Their doing it right down by the river and we will back to try other nightly specials!

My friend and I went for lunch here. I had been to the tavern for dinner a while ago, but am happy to report both times meant very good food. For lunch we had Chicken Caesar Wraps, which had the surprise addition of bacon. The combination of flavors was very pleasing, and I'm not a huge fan of bacon. I asked for mine to be light on the dressing, and that request was honored. They were not busy, and I felt the food service could have been a little faster, but this was not a big problem.Shanks will be celebrating their 205 Anniversary in 2019! Simple fare in an old world atmosphere. We hope you can stop by again soon!

We were driving back from Lancaster and decided to do a little sightseeing around town on a Monday at noon. We saw the Nick's Bistro sign and stopped in for a soup. What a wonderful surprise! We both decided on the black bean soup and Jambalaya. Simply amazing food. Loved it so much that we took home two pints of soup for the next day. It was still so yummy. Well worth another hour to drive back for such wonderful cuisine. The service was fantastic as well. We both highly recommend Nick's Bistro - you will not be disappointed. Place very clean.

We enjoyed our meals at McCleary's. Our server was prompt and friendly. All our food items were uniformly good, but not great. We arrived at 5:30pm so we'd be seated immediately. By the time we left, all dining rooms and the bar were packed.
