Enjoyed everything about this place. Frank was particularly splendid!! The crab cake sliders prepared specifically for us were the bomb! Should be on the menu! On our way to the theater and stopped, it was a great choice and we shall return. Tell your friends and ask for Frank. Kudos to the chef!

Itâs disappointing when someone canât have what they want because they run out. In this case six of us wanted the same thing which we couldnât have. Very disappointed. It was only four PM. Some of the orders were not correct as well. I am not too happy.

I have been dining at Cloud 9 for many years. It has always been â hit and missâ depending on the staff and quality of the food. Tonight while dining before attending the Theater the service and food were very good. Our waiter was Nick and after being seated, Nick immediately appeared and explained the menu and within minutes served our drinks. He explained everything thoroughly and addressed our dietary concerns because of health issues with a positive attitude. The Brie appetizer was excellent and the salads were very good. Nick was attentive without being invasive. It was the best experience we have had at Cloud 9 and I hope they continue to improve. It is such a great location and venue and I feel much more positive now about returning. We're very appreciative that you noticed our turn-around Lorraine! Your kind words have been passed on to Nick, and we promise that your recent experience is only the start of our improvements. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Full Serve Restaurant
We don't have a Quaker Steak restaurant where we live. We were on vacation, and shopping at the Walmart right behind the restaurant, and decided it was past lunchtime. This restaurant is designed to look like a remodeled car shop, because the original Quaker Steak was in a real remodeled shop. Decore is signs and all things cars. The menu has a variety of options, but their speciality is wings. The sauces for them range from mild all the way up to Thermo- nuclear!! My husband tried the Louisiana Lickers. He said they wete excellent. I had the mac and cheese skillet, and it was fabulous. The portions are large and the price is good. Our waitress Sandy was friendly, informative about the food and the restaurant and even brought us to go cups to take our drinks, since we were traveling. She did a great job. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Went in on a Monday afternoon on my first ever visit to Erie. Burgers are large and tasty, with a decent beer selection. They have a Jameson drink mix on tap!The bartender Jen was very attentive and friendly. If you ever visit Erie, this is a good place to go.

When we entered the Brewerie at 5pm on a Saturday nite all the tables were empty. Thought " oh, oh." By 7 it was filling a little mostly with families. Union Station is the beautiful railroad station that was bustling in the 50's and 60's with the glamour of train travel. Sadly no more. What we soon discovered was that our server Caitlynn 3 was the best part of our visit. She was attentive, offering us suggestions and samples of the huge selection of craft beers. That's the next thing we discovered: go to the Brewerie for the craft beers, not for the food. Our wives ordered salads which they said were good. The one with steak added ( there was no steak add on the menu but Caitlynn did that for us ) looked good. My friend and I both ordered fish and chips. I'm really sorry but the breaded cod was, well, awful. The best part of my meal was the sweet potato fries which were excellent. If I returned I would order appetizers and beer and pass over the entrees and enjoy the history of an era long ago passed by.

This was our 1st visit to this location. My daughter and I stopped here for lunch before our drive home. We both had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Very large portion neither my daughter of I could finish our meals. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and were delicious( we had them hold the thousand island sauce). Fries were yummy as well. Will definitely stop here again.

We decided to stop at this place on the way back from a day trip. I wanted to try something that wasn't franchised. This seemed like a nice local place. There are two sides to the restaurant, one is bar and the other is the family eatery side.We sat on the side family side. The menu is extensive. There are a lot of things on the menu. I got battered fish and it was pretty good. I would say that this is a nice place off the beaten path. You can tell that this place has a lot of locals who come in for a bit to eat. Everyone was very nice. I would come here again.

We stopped in for dinner during a downtown Erie event. Even though the restaurant was crowded, we were seated within minutes. My wife ordered a pesto flatbread which was delicious and I enjoyed the All American Burger on a brioche roll. The food really was very good. An interesting sidebar: the manager came to our table, on this very busy evening, and spoke with us for several minutes. Our server, on the other hand, said little to nothing to us.
