I was going to one of the original 5 Guys (not 5 Gury, knotheads!) since 1989, and the burgers are the best. The absolute best! Always have been and still are. Freshly made with any configuration you want. The fries are fresh cut and damn near perfect. No, they are perfect. I get the cheeseburger with grilled onions and jalapenos, along with the seasoned fries. Never can go wrong if you're looking for a burger without the other joints' fancy titles and overpriced stuff. This is the real deal! One tip - unless you have 3 or more big eaters with you, only get one order of fries. Just ask anyone who has been there. It's like a sack of Idaho (but they usually use local spuds - they have a signtelling you where from). They ain't scrimping on the fries. Now, if they only had beer...

I had the panini pizza and house salad for lunch and it was very good. My son had the boneless wings but didn't care for the wing sauce. He said it was more like marinara sauce. When the waitress stopped to check on us she could tell that he didn't care for them. She told him she would bring out another order of wings with a different sauce. She came back in 5 minutes with them. They definitely aim to please there customers! I took a desert home and it was delicious!

Met a friend for breakfast. We meet every few months. Food is good, service is good. It has plenty of seating and can be very busy on Sundays. They have a very good selection of omelette choices. I have not eaten here enough to offer 5 star, but has the potential.

While certainly not the best prepared meals, the quality is just good enough. Despite the lackluster meals (I guess we expected more when we read home cooking and made from scratch), there are many positive attributes to make it worth coming in: excellent waitstaff service; cool, âold schoolâ atmosphere; lot of history. Interesting with all the animal heads looking at you!! (See photo). If youâre looking for a solid simple meal, McDonnells is your ticket.

Title sums up our last few home deliveries. Not sure what's happening @ Frank's, but the last few times we've ordered delivery our orders have been, well, off to say the least. Missing sides, appetizers and latest error ... no beets in a beet salad! How do you omit what seemingly would be the main ingredient? We called and they sent a replacement, as would be expected. We originally thought maybe we just missed them the first time, but nope. Replacement had nice layer of beets blanketing greens beneath sliced grilled chicken. Delicious. We order from here about once a month or two when we don't feel like going out but don't want to cook. Pricey takeout but quality makes up for that. Please pay attention to delivery orders for too many inconveniences may deter us from ordering in the future.

First time visitor. "Initial" impression was good. Nice outdoor covered deck, appears to be well maintained. Seated on one of the high tables near the banister. At the time thinking, I could see me coming back to this place. THEN it started going downhill...........FAST! The table had routered grooves to make it look like it was made out of several boards. The grooves were full of dirt. Don't know when it was cleaned last. Impression of waitress was one of a don't really care attitude. That proved correct. Did not order alcohol. Soft drinks were in cans with plastic cups. YUK! Ordered a half rack of ribs. When the food arrived, it was not a half rack, but six bones with the sparse meat on them cut off the rack. Looks like they are trying to up their profit margin by charging high price and offering minimal quantity. Sauce was bland. Waitress never came back to ask how everything was, or if she can get us anything else. When check arrived, my clothes went out of style waiting for her to come back to take payment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clip joint.

A small place, seems to be popular with locals. Like many small places in small towns, it takes a few extra minutes to get orders in and food out, but no complaints - coffee was out immediately and I wasn't looking for a McMuffin!Portions generous, prices better than reasonable, food was great. Try the kielbasa and eggs for a true NEPA experience!

I've bumped up my rating to "5 Stars" since my last review. This is a wonderful establishment in Waymart. I believe the menu has expanded significantly since my last visit. Good menu selections; primarily a place for breakfast and lunch. On Friday and Saturday they're open until 8pm for dinner. Normally the restaurant closes at 3pm. The Mustard Seed provides fresh, locally procured food. Very high quality in both preparation and presentation. We recently had a delicious lunch of navy bean & kale soup, portobello mushroom plate, and beef stew. Cozy place and great service. A destination indeed and worth the short detour off Route 6.
