Truly a hidden gem. Found on TripAdvisor we just moved to the area. The fig flatbread was delicious, I had the filet with Gouda crab sauce best steak I ever had. My girlfriends all enjoyed there meals. Fun martini and cocktail list. When my girls return to Wilkes Barre they already are making plans to return.

We've heard people mention Chuck's recently so we went over and had breakfast last Sunday. It was packed when we got there with a short wait for a table and it was just as busy when we left. Busy is usually a good sign. When you walk in there is a sign that says "wait to be seated" but the blonde hostess doesn't take names and doesn't do a very good job keeping track of who's next so it's a bit of a free for all. An older couple came in the back door while we were in line and took a seat at the front of the line and then played dumb and tried to take the next table. They saw the line of people and knew what they were doing. Those of us in line pointed it out and the hostess seemed to side with the older couple and gave us in line a jab. When she seated us she jabbed at me again but said the old couple dose it all the time..?!?! Then why go along with it...?!?! I was offended enough by the hostess at this point that I thought I would never return. Turns out the service was great, the food was great and the prices were reasonable so I'm looking forward to going back. In fact if the hostess wasn't there this would have been a five star visit. My wife's eggs were done perfectly and she really liked the home fries. My french toast was terrific. The corned beef hash wasn't bad but not the best around. The coffee was fresh and hot. They have tables and a counter. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. There is street parking in front and people were parking in the lot across the street on the Sunday we were there.

My wife is not easily agitated by waitresses as she deeply feels for them and understands that they are typically underpaid and underappreciated. This was an exception. I've never had a waitress roll her eyes at me when she made the mistake. Our waitress was a royal paid, expected us to order immediately and then got huffy when we weren't ready to order within a minute of arriving. This was our first visit and will be our last. We found the food to be flavorful, but very GREASY, gave us both indigestion within 30 minutes of eating here. Found the beer to be good, but a little pricy for the neighborhood.

I'm glad that we finally tried this place. It looks OK from the outside, but inside it's really very nice. They offer booths, low tables and high tables in the bar area. It was hard to decide what to order from the menu - they have so much to choose from. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich. It was delicious!! And so were the fries that came with it. My husband decided on the Cheesesteak Sub. He ordered the half portion and it was more than enough for him. He loved it. Service was very good and the food came out pretty fast. We will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.
Can't beat the speed and selection of the MTO Breakfast here. Crowded on weekend mornings. Can order any menu item all day. Dogs and burgers too. Sandwiches.
Food good. people that own it and those that work there could have better customer service skills in my opinion. Its like you are bothering them to do their job- I just want a sub.

Give your taste buds a real treat at Lum's Fernbrook Inn. We are a renowned restaurant known for our lobster tails, both Brazilian and Australian.
We were here last night for my wife's birthday dinner and it was terrific. It was our first visit but won't be our last, we already made New Year's Eve reservations. Their specialty is warm and cold water lobster tails, but they also have a full dinner menu offering soups, appetizers, seafood and steaks. We both had Australian cold water lobster tails and they were delicious. They are steamed or steamed first and then broiled, we chose to have ours steamed then broiled. I had mine with french fries and my wife had a baked potato. The fries were good old school fries. The house salads were very good. For desert we had Creme Brulee with blueberries and whipped cream and it was excellent. Our server Kate was great, she was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They have a full bar and a great selection of craft beers. They're open for breakfast and lunch too. It's very clean, even the restrooms. They have off street parking. Overall our visit was terrific, great food and great service at a reasonable price.

Stopped in while in the area visiting family for Easter. Excellent service the night before a holiday. Server was very attentive. We shared the fried green beans and nachos. I had a custom burger and was very impressed with the seasoned meat. Bravo! The pepper jack and bacon just absolutely topped it off. The fries were huge and the serving size was very large. Left with plenty of leftovers. Definitely recommend a stop.

Iâve visited Red Leaf in Wilkes Barre many times. The food is delicious. I always get the made to order so I have exactly what I want. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Sometimes they are easily distracted with happenings outside of the place and donât pay attention to you. Try not to go right before closing because they try to rush you. Salads are quickly put together and not chopped very well

great food. If you want a quieter area minus screaming kids and families- get a table in the bar section or sit at the bar. Orange cognac salad is very good.
