I went to the Central yesterday for lunch and had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. As always, it was outstanding. The meat was cooked well done and very tender. Their french fries are large and not greasy. I've had their omelets and other sandwiches in the past and they all have been great.
This is the perfect little diner to stop at for a bite to eat. My husband and I LOVE their breakfast, and I've never had anything there I didn't like. They also have an excellent, fresh made-to-order egg salad sandwich (rarely found in any restaurant) and their prices are great! The place itself could use a little bit of fixing up but we don't go there to inspect the booths. Coffee and desserts are also excellent and service is always good.

I have been driving by here for sometime and finally decided to stop for pancakes... The diner is surprisingly big inside, very clean, and well staffed... I got my standard pancakes and bacon, the cakes are good, not great, the bacon good, not great, but what is great are the prices and service, you get alot for a lil and waitresses are friendly... I will be back to try their lunches, the special was stuffed pork chops, and they looked incredible... Worth a visit here for sure

Stopped at Arby's for a sandwich and dessert after a day of running errands. The Turkey and Bacon with cheese, onions, lettuce and tomato on whole grain bread seemed like a good choice and it was delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty. Ordered a cherry turn over for dessert. The young lady who took my order was super pleasant. What a great representative for Arby's. The prices are very reasonable.

We ate dinner here last Saturday. Seated right away. Waitress was excellent as usual. But we waited and waited for our dinners. Waitress made apologies for our wait. But it wasnât her fault. Seems like they were really, really backed up in kitchen. Dinner was fine when we finally got it. Really hard to keep our two year old granddaughter busy for so long. Kicker was that once we got our bill, it took probably 5 or more minutes waiting at register for someone to take our payment. By the time someone came there were like five people waiting to pay. I would normally rate them much better than average.

Fine dining in a historic country setting. We strive to obtain the freshest grown and harvested ingredients for our menu offerings.
nice cozy place, food was good, soup and appetizer's were really good, I felt my lobster was stringy, but was good, my only issue is that there is no negotiation's on the sides. so I ordered the lobster, and it was served with plain mashed potato's, and in my opinion is not a great pair. but all in all, it was a fine overpriced meal.

Taking over an iconic restaurant. It's a hard thing to do. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere and the staff better than the previous restaurant. The wedding soup was excellent and the Italian hoagie I had.

I may have reviewed G & G about 3 years ago, but canât seem to locate the review. I am originally from Avonmore & try eat at G& G when I visit. I graduated with Mike From high school. Everything I have eaten here has been great. The staff are friendly & attentive. The desserts are awesome. I usually get one to go. This last visit I ordered a chocolate mouse cake. Words canât properly describe how heavenly this cake was. When near Vandergrift, do yourself a favor & eat at G & G.

The historic building is unique and the chef is very good. We all had a different meal and all were delicious. However, our server was clueless. He was congenial and said he was learning, so we tried to cut him a break. Note: this restaurant is not open every day so check the hours.
