Having been to Valley Dairy more times than I can count. Always have young, friendly servers, good food served as seen on the menu, I was disappointed . I decided to sit at the counter last evening, even though there were very few customers I decided the counter would get faster service. I asked if I could at the counter, was told yes by a friendly server who didnât come back for awhile. She finally asked what I would like to drink-it took awhile for the water to arrive then she said I will be back rather than take my order. I was left to stare at a placemat with the remaking of someoneâs meal. This was on the counter throughout my meal. Canât understand why she didnât remove all. When I was finally able to order I choose a Boom Boom Cheeseburger. The waitress asked for my choice in cheese and how would I like my egg. I said over easy. Once my order came the waitress placed it in front of me then didnât return to ask how everything is until I had eaten 3/4 of burger. The egg was NOT over easy nor was there boom boom sauce on. I said to her âisnât boom boom sauce spicyâ she said âyesâ. I told her there was none on my burger and eggs were over cooked. She asked if I would like sauce to which I responded it is a little late for sauce. She said cook is new. Then she said she was sorry a few times and walked away. When she came back with my bill I said I would think you would take a dollar off, she said sure took my bill to a manager who walked past me twice to do a credit but didnât acknowledge me in anyway. She did take $2.00 off. This manager missed an opportunity to get me back as $2.00 is money but a few words would have encouraged me to come back.

This was my 3rd trip to Tin Lizzy; the first 2 several years ago, and a couple years apart, for work lunches. I wanted to take my husband there, because it was very good! We went this evening for dinner, finally! He had Parmesan Basil Crusted Chicken, and he loved it! I had the Baked Salmon, with basil pesto and capers, and it was delicious! The side dish of fresh mixed vegetables was also excellent; they were crisp,and perfectly done.

I have written several earlier reviews of the TC reporting very positive experiences and good food and service. Recently I was back in Latrobe on business. On a Friday night during Lent, without any specific plans or cravings, I went back to the TC.The menu provided a number of seafood choices, many of which seemed interesting. I choose the salmon with honey and almond glaze. I received a generous portion done perfectly. Moist and flavorful. The honey and almond glaze nicely complimented the salmon.As usual courteous, prompt, and attentive service. My wife and I shared the entree, and the kitchen divided it for us. Always a welcome touch.

Sharky's just recently added a salad bar. Wife and I enjoy salad bar. We drive to Mount Pleasant for 2 good ones. They are very attentive to the bar. Every thing is full and clean (except for the soup spoons). Nice selection. We liked 2 of the 3 soups. Desserts weren't bad. They are the highest priced in the area. Over $10 for dinner. Really really wanted to like it. Can't put me finger on it. Something just didn't feel right. Hello thanks for stopping in and giving our new bar a try. We will have a few speed bumps but all and all it seem you liked everything. We visited nearly every salad bar in the area. yes we are higher than some for dinner but we also offer more and better items than some but for the nicer places that we would compare ourselves with we used the same prices

There are many reason why...but I will not support this business. Food was OK. Serves above average. Started going here when I was young! Where have the years gone? Wings and salads are my favorite! Used to ride in on motorcycle with spouse; now we use handicap parking! We keep coming back and on a good day we come on our trike!!

had not been here for a few years... shame on me!! - we had surf n turf and the seafood pasta as well as stuffed mushrooms as an apptizer and decadent desserts. Place was packed and I understand why. The meal was FANTASTIC and the service WAS SUPERB! - Have to go back for the much talked and 5 star prime rib. THANK YOU for a great evening!! (specatular food, view and service)

I stopped back a few days ago to enjoy another fabulous breakfast. I was not disappointed. Everything was perfect from the food to the service. And again the price was just right.In addition to the breakfast, we sampled a halupki, which was that dayâs special (Wednesday). Wow, it was really good. I need to get there one evening for dinner, or some Sunday for brunch. Iâll let you know how that goes. This place is a hidden gem.

This restaurant is in a parking lot of a larger shopping center. It has limited parking immediately outside the restaurant but plenty in the shopping lot parking lot. The restaurant was clean with several eating areas and a playground. The prices are comparable with any other Chick-Fil-A restaurant. We got a chick-fil-a sandwich, chicken strip meal and half and half iced teas. The food was very good and ready quickly. Definitely recommend to other traveller.
