1. Definitely NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel!!!!! the staff (Old white-haired and middle-agd black-haired ladies) are super rude to kids! I mean super rude and unfriendly! Only a cute dog and Francesca (nanny) made the stay bearable for kids. 2. Rooms are tiny. Family suite is big enough but extremally badly planned (unuseful furnitures take too much space). 3. We reported broken window upon arrival but nobody showed up to fix it during our 7-day stay. Fridge didn't work. 4. Very clean. 5. Food is average. We had fixed menu but we would rather have more pasta than cold platters and soups . It was all tastt but why dont they serve more pasta?! Everybody had tiramisu on our first super and they never served it again. Only ice Cream and other desserts that nobody wanted. Not customer friendly at all... 4. Eco friendly??? Hahaha a good joke!! All the bulbs in the hotel aren't LED... it's so so so hot in the hotel. We slept with wide open Windows and still woke up Wet from sweat. 5. You have to pay for a lost key card! What the hell is that!!??? The 90s'???? I must add that you are given only 1 card per room... So all in all... Yes, this is definitely 3* hotel (nothing more) with very unfriendly owners.

We were visiting hotel Pezzotii in end of Februarry and beginning of the March. It was one of the worst time of our time and ruin vacation in winter. Putting it in the nutshell it was all about LOW!. Low quality of service, low quality of food, low temperature in the room. So we decided to spend lovely holiday in Italy where we would like to enjoy snowboarding. From the start we had problem with very low temperature in the room, moreover heater disconnect itself during night and it was freezing cold. Next day we came down to breakfast which was stone cold. Sausages were open inside out, low variety of food. When we complain about temperature in the room we were advanced to use blankets but they assure us that will check it. Next days were same only this we caught cold and we could forget about skiing. Our health conditions went even wore and we had to cancel our stay and came back to home. Few word about stuff in hotel Pezzott, they were terrible, no helpful at all, manager was cooking same poor as it was taking care of customers. He argue and were rude no willing to help in anything. Few words about hotel condition. I would say that it need fire department check, I don’t mind some minor defect in sauna area but there were some safety danger issues in the building. Like permanently open fire doors with no option to close them during fire in the building. If you read this and you for the slice of the moment consider to spend there your vacation, then please don’t it’s just not worth it.

We have chosen the place based on Tripadvisor traveller ratings and they were right if not underrating the place. We had large, very clean and considering the reasonable cost also nice room + living room + large hall + good bathroom. This house has all that a skier needs. Good ski room, excellent wifi, comfortable beds, every day the room is checked and cleaned. Biggest plus is how Mauro, the owner manages his business. Such a friendly, attentive guy, always ready to help, advise, arrange for you. Breakfasts are a real treat. You will enjoy excellent fried eggs, cakes, cheese, fruit salad, great coffees, prosciutto, olive oil...if you have special requirements and let Mauro know 1 day in advance, he will make sure you get what you need. This place is a great example, that if you do things with love for it, there is not much better. We will definitely be back. 10 mins drive to Marilleva 900 lift. Or 25 mins drive to Madonna di Campiglio. (better than Marilleva, less people, great skiing)

Agritur Bontempelli and the Alpina Equestrian Center are the right place to have the perfect holiday. Rooms and apartments are available all year round. Surrounded by nature, is located on the bike path that runs along the valley. Lunches and dinner with typical dishes and products from our farm. Near Folgarida Marilleva Ski center. Ski shuttle service.
We spent a week here with our family (two children aged 3 and 6) , plus parents and grandparents. The accomodation is very clean and worked well for our family. The food was absolutely incredible. Really authentic, made almost exclusively with produce from the farm. They also managed to keep it varied despite the length of our stay. My daughter had private horse riding lesssons every morning with Julia, who is a wonderful and patient teacher, with a deep respect for the animals which made a big impression on my daughter. The lessons were also extremely reasonably priced, and the facilities fantastic. We spent the afternoons skiing in Pejo, which is about a 15 minute drive and definitely the nicest option around. We did the sleigh ride twice with the horses, which was also really lovely. We would love to go back, I can imagine summer would be really beautiful too.

Vacation apartments for rent in Val di Sole and Val di Pejo. Apartments with beds for 2 to 10 people immersed in the Val di Sole, near the localities of Pellizzano, Mezzana, Cusiano (Ossana), and in Val di Pejo. The apartments have all comforts and are located in a quiet area. Directly managed by the owners. Close to the lift- facilities in Folgarida, Marilleva, and Madonna di Campiglio. Sauna, hydromassage, Turkish bath and relaxion area.
The residence is located just outside the centre but close to the supermarkets, bar, restaurant and skibus stop. The outside looks nice, as well does the inside. Cars could be parked here as well. Outside there is a ski room with central heating and heated pins in the ski lockers. The reception area was very small, pin payment is not possible and during the day no one is at the reception. However, the owner could be called (phonenumber near the entrance) and he's on site within minutes. Our apartment was at the first floor. The living room was large, as well as the master bedroom. The appartment is nicely furnished with wood and has stone floors. We had a nice balcony which had sun during the afternoon. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, with a four pit cooking stovem oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. Enough cups and plates. However, no beer or wine glasses... The location has a wellness center, which has to be booked and paid per hour. It's 5 euro per hour per person for the (really small) swimming pool, and 10 euro per person per hour if you also want the use the wellness facilities. Also they have a play room with table tennis and table football, board games and books. And a home trainer. Some points of crtitcism. Our apartments was located at the first floor, near the stairs. The apartments are not really sound proof. In other words, a lot of noise from the hallways and stairs entered our apartment. Something else was that our apartment was situated right above the wellness and swiming pool. Untill 10 o clock it was really noisy there (sounded like pool parties). Noise was so bad that we complained about it a couple of times (which we usually don't do), but it had no effect. For our son it's was very difficult to fall asleep each evening due to the noise. The nice stone floors also had a noise downside. Moving chairs were very loud, echo's in the hallways, and we could hear the people above us walk and talk. So in general: The apartment is really very nice but also very noisy and to my opinion the price for the wellness and pool is ridiculous.

Our shelter is located in Fazzon 1255m, in Val di Sole, is accessible by car from the town of Pellizzano-Trento following and the availability of 21 beds in 10 rooms. Is situated between two small beautiful valleys not yet contaminated by the lifts (Val di Fazzon and Val Piana), then still offers the possibility of hiking cross-country skiing / hiking and Snowshoe between huts perfectly preserved natural scenery of great beauty, far from cement of winter tourism. We offer simple cooking traditions of Trentino.
The location is amazing. The Fazzon valley is cozy and green and there are plenty of walks to do with children. The Rifugio Alpino Fazzon had a perfect room for us. Breakfast buffet was simple but good. We will definitely go back. I do suggest to have dinner or lunch too, the restaurant is very good with a good option of local food!

We stayed with family at 3 room apartment for a week, at 2.nd floor. There was enough space for 5-6 people. The kitchen was very well equipped. The sound insulation between apartments and between floors was terrible. During 2 days we were the only visitors there and the nights were exellent! But after the arrival of the neighbors we could not sleep at night. While it was just a apartment no special services there.
