The resort is centered around a stunning pool lagoon that acts as an oasis on a hot tropical day. The house has a unique façade of a circular shape made of bamboo. The rooms are spacious and open, allowing you to bask in nature at its finest. Revel in the magical moments, from watching the breathtaking sunrise to observing birds playing in the rice paddies.
I loved my stay here, it's really peaceful. The staff were really hospitable and room was spacious, facilities were adequate. Massage and breakfast was great too! Special mention to Yuana from front desk for making the stay great too!

Luxury resort located in the central of Bali, between the river valley and rice terraces of Ubud. Rooms and villas with all the comfort and conveniences you would expect. An ideal choice for those looking for luxurious facilities, peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings with personalized service and excellent food.
Indulge myself on my special day at @mayaubud - Maya Massage (Long strokes combined with aromatherapy oils, lull the senses into a state of euphoria, leaving the body invigorated and the mind relaxed). The experience is enjoable with beautiful flower bath with jungle view. The Balinese massage is excellent and the therapist shows great care to the area that is tight. The ambience of SPA room is awesome! I stayed at one BR Heavenly Pool Villa, it’s awesome! Speechless! OMG!!!

A great place to stay in ubud. A few minutes walk away from monkey forest and ubud market. The forest ambience is awesome. Breakfast is filling. Shout out to David for the nice chat. And the kitchen staff for the extra kurupek. Will definitely go back.

The residential of areas are divided into 22 units overlooking to the tranquil garden and natural rice paddy. Menzel Ubud are healing sanctuary for personal renewal with affordable solutions to many of the issues caused by trying to exist in today’s fast paced world. It is a place where you are encouraged to slow down, relaxing with nature touch and return to the basics of simply living in Balance
The location and staff at Menzel Ubud are absolutely lovely. The staff are very accommodating and will make sure you have everything you want and need during your stay. The food is good and the menu is varied enough for a few days stay, could do with a few more dishes if staying more than a week. They have a driver who will take you and pick you up from Ubud for a very reasonable cost. If we were to stay again, the only thing we would change is that we would book one of the 3 bedroom villas, rather than the private pool room, simply for more privacy. We could hear everything from the couple next door, it was like we were sharing a room, so be aware that paying the extra for more space gets you a lot more privacy!

Damn! The driver dropped us infront of a shabby looking house. We were confused at first. But followed the sign and walked through a pretty long narrow alley and finally reached there and it was a pleasant surprise. It was beside a popular road in Ubud, bt because of the long alley we were truely hidde from all the hustle and bustle. Our cottage faced the swimming pool and the view was absolutely beautiful. You could even swim at midnight in the lovely small pool. Everything was very very clean and well maintained. They immediately gave us pool towels without even asking. But the breakfast was disappointing. Taste was bland. Only the banna fritters and fruit salad were kinda good. Everything else we tried were disaster. Juices were horrible and artifical. They must improve in this segment. But I don't think there can be a better place in Ubud in this price range ?

I stayed 3 weeks at Gek House during a research trip in Bali (booked for one week then extended for 2 more because it was so nice!). It was truly my home away from home. Gek and Wayan are such kind and welcoming hosts. The property was beautiful and serene and the room immaculate. I'm not really a breakfast person but holy smokes Wayan's breakfast platter was unbelievably good (and probably the best cup of coffee I had in Bali). The location is perfect, close enough to walk to most things and plenty of food options. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

Kandapa is a perfect place to stay in Ubud while being close to all the actions yet sheltered from the hustle-bustle of the city. This boutique hotel is only 5 minutes from the Ubud Palace, and Ubud Art Market, and can only be assessed by a quiet road through the luscious rice paddies. The room design is inspired by the minimalist idea of simplicity and strives to be 100% environmentally friendly.
Is an cozy and affordable place to stay. It was a good experience to heal my body and my mind after a long week of works. The staff are friendly, humble and lots of smiles from them. Worth it to try!!

With a terrace with garden views, each modern air-conditioned room. The private bathroom comes with shower and free toiletries. A sweet and savoury breakfast
I booked through my booking.com account after found the information about accommodation on my TripAdvisor. I am sure I got confused since there are like 3 accommodations around the neighborhood that has same name. So there is no swimming pool in this one okay! Don't get confused like myself. The owner Mr Putu is really nice tho. Typical Balinese man, friendly and seems humble. His wife provided me the iron to get my clothes ready for work. Overall, I would recommend this home stay if you guys want to experience a stay at local balinese house. Many options around but try this one. A night or two wont hurt you. Go for it. And price is alright. Not cheap but okay. Breakfast is provided so well done. Thank You Bapak Putu and staff Regards, Luh Putu Lusia

We absolutely loved our stay in our glamping tent, in the beautiful, cool, lush, tropical garden at Ubud Tropical! The pool & garden were in excellent condition, as was the communal kitchen & lounge area. The staff were friendly, & Putu manager was very helpful. It it quite a walk to the centre of Ubud, but we did it every day. But next time we stay at Ubud Tropical, we will rent a scooter. The glamping tent could have done with some hooks to hang clothes, bedside lights & new, blackout curtains on the little windows. But these were all minor. We booked for 2 nights, & then booked for 2 more!

Situated 2 km away from central Ubud, Made Arsa Homestay offers simple accommodation with a shared kitchen and seating area. Free WiFi is accessible in all areas. Local dining options are within walking distance of the property. Made Arsa Homestay is a 10-minute drive from the sacred Monkey Forest, while Ngurah Rai International Airport is 90 minutes' drive away. Cooled by a fan, rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, clothes rack and towels. Shower facilities are a standard across all en suite bathrooms. Staff can assist with tour arrangements, vehicle rentals and laundry requests. Airport transfers can also be arranged at a fee.
Even though the room we rented for 3 days during our stay in Ubud was sparsely furnished at RM50 a night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts (husband/wife) were very friendly and prepared delicious simple breakfasts and the honesty is located not faraway from most of Ubud tourists spots.
