First time at Le Cabestan. We stumbled on this place by chance after the night markets in at St Gilles. We had salted caramel almond crepes and ice cream, which was unique and tasty. We also tried the speculos (cinnamon flavoured) and pineapple ice cream, both yummy.The service was relaxed and the place half full as it was almost closing time. Pleasant cosy café atmosphere. Would come back again.Merci beaucoup. à bientôt au Cabestan.

We went today to Oceania and enjoyed a very nice meal. We were three and ordered: cheeseburger, Vendée burger and a bavette. They were all very good and tasty.We were also very pleased with the desserts which were big and tasty: dame Blanche with its very nice chocolate sauce, cafe liégeois tasted very nice and After Eight was original and very good.Service was also nice and spot on.We are looking forward to our next meal there, with a nice view on the ocean.

After reviewing TripAdvisor we decided to try Kinkaao .First impressions are strange as u sit on plastic chairs sat in a marquee which we didn't mind as we seen this on tripadvisor.We both ordered the same dish, Chicken spring rolls which were v nice then followed my Chicken Massamann curry.The Chicken was on the bone which we didn't know and I'm sorry but when I order a curry I don't want my chicken on the bone. It was boiled with the skin still on it which can be very off putting for some people. As the chicken was boiled there was small shards of bone throughout the curry. Previous comments said that the food is cooked in front of u well not for us the rolls came out nice and hot from a fryer in the back kitchen but the curry came out in plastic containers which we could here being heated up in microwaves. The staff were extremely friendly but we will not be returning.
