Very nice restaurant in Patmos with highly professional staff members: the service is efficient and charming, the wine list of greek wines is great and the sommelier is helpful, the barmaids prepare amazing cocktails, the food is good, a successful mix of greek and fusion food and Susan the host is a Lady. We have been there a few times (the restaurant and the tapas) and always liked the good vibe.

Every details counts and you can see that these people are great professionals: the presentation of the menu, the thickness of the paper napkins, the immaculate cleanliness of the place everything is an improvement compared to other tavernas.
In addition the location and view are good, the food is VERY good (superb vegetables from the garden and well grilled meat) and the service is nice and very efficient

Elegantly revised greek cuisine. A must in Patmos: do not waste time in taverns and try Apokalypsis. Good wine list, astounding location, prices elevated for Greece bur adequate for the level: around 100€ for two people (apetizers, main courses, one bottle of fairly good wine). Very recommended

Very nice typical Greek taverna right by the water. You feel like the entire family is in the kitchen. Typical Greek fare. Try the goat for the local flavour. Don't come too late as food is only made fresh and half the menu was gone by 9pm on the night we were there.

We found this restaurant by accident. It's not well known by many tourists as it's outside of Skala and Chora. You will need to drive past Grikos and Petra to near the bay of Stavros, you will see a sign on a gate just before you reach the Psili Amos point for walking over the mountain.
The restaurant is in an actual boat yard or Patmos Marine and it has a sea view. The food is incredible. Ask for what's available and that way if there isn't enough fresh-caught fish or they've run out of other produce, they will tell you.
A fantastic find. I asked a tourist who has visited his family on Patmos every year for 16yrs which one was his favourite restaurant and he replied, 'Tarsanas is the best and a well kept secret!'

Anchored off Agriolivadi beach the Taberna and the beach front Umbrellas looked idyllic.
The restaurant has two areas, one for dining and the other more a relaxing beach bar. Although a remote beach it was popular with the locals and served excellent food.
Service was friendly and there is a small jetty to tie up your dingy. A beautiful and sheltered bay coupled by the warm welcome will make this a definite stop in the future

A beautiful alfresco dining experience opposite beautiful Grikos beach. Delicious food, fantastic wonderful atmosphere this summer. Beautiful lighting and trees amongst the restaurant. I recommend the cheese delicacies they make, and the pizza is fantastic as well.

situated above a great beach, this is the best place within walking distance to grab a snack and a cold drink after swimming. The baked goods are particularly famous, as is the hospitality of the owner. Try the gallactabouriko or a quiche and a salad if you want a simple lunch. Be forewarned however that the menu is rather small so there is usually no hot food served and only a handful of lunch dishes every day. However, if you want to grab a simple bite after swimming at Vagia Beach this is your best option
