Stains on chairs, stains on couches, marks on many surfaces. The room did not look sanitary and it is sad that it is not up to standards of the hotel chain. Elevators were not entirely lit. The door to the room had substances on the outside of it. Hotel provided shampoos, etc. found randomly around the building on fire extinguishers and other hallway features. Hallways are heated in June and management claims they don’t know how to turn it off but they know that it’s a problem. Hair found in the bathroom that was not ours. Black all over air conditioner vents. Dirty cloths from maids left in the room. Overall, the experience leaves much to be desired. The manager on duty refused to give us a refund because we booked through Orbitz. $450 for three nights is a joke. We’re checking out in the morning without a refund.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel because I have stayed at the hotel for a longer term stay. To be fair the rooms are decent and clean and the area of parker is a good area of town. The issues I had is with some of the staff which I have been respectful to everyone and there were some who were mean to me for no reason. I believe the first staff member I had issues with was Erica who would be nice to me when I talked to her then I would hear her insult me and call me names. The other woman I believe her name is ellie made harrassing insinuations like she possibly did something to my room that could get me sick after I made a request to change rooms and gave me a pink sticky note with the room number she tried to change me to. She sent me to a room right next to the area that I was trying to avoid right after I told her that I did not want a room In the area near the outside steam vent. She kept making comments weird comments and harrassing insinuations even though I lived in this area for many years before. I believe someone got them to participate in group harrasment. Other than that Parker is a good neighborhood.

Make Ascent on Main part of your next Colorado adventure and allow our team to be your local experience guides. Living happens in the Climb!
Ascent on Main is not a large hotel. But it is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The huge walk -n shower is wonderful. There are four restaurants in the building, and a state of the art exercise room. There are several restaurants nearby as well. There is an AMC theater right befind the hotel. When you are booking and want a balcony, do not get the "balconette". It is just a door that opens with a railing to keep you from falling. It is not really a balcony in any way. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool.

I am an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and when I tell the hotel manager that your Internet speed registers at .05 MBPS it should be a cause for concern. It was not! That is non existent Internet. PERIOD!!! I get paid to be on the Internet and when it takes me 1 1/2 hours to accomplish what I can normally due easily in less than 5 minutes, you have a serious problem. The fact that it was not taken seriously and was in fact taken with condescension (college word) by the intellectually challenged is pathetic. Obviously there are no plans to fix this dysfunctional facility. Aside from management, I suspect a CHEAPASS owner is involved. Additionally, in a hotel that is nearly empty, making sure that everyone in the hotel is packed side by side in the rooms makes it ridiculously noisy. This, when I as a Diamond Reward Member of many years requested specifically to be in a distant room away from other guests. Could have been easily done. Couldn't it? THIS is instead what I got. Bang, crash, bang, boom! All night long. Not for me ever again. Could be an ok hotel. IT IS NOT! NOT RECOMMENDED!

First off we really enjoyed our until we were thrown out. I was recovering from surgery, and was staying in the hotel to be close to our doctor and hospital across the street in case there were any post surgery complications. If you are not thrown out you will likely enjoy your stay. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, had a decent TV selection, and a good breakfast bar. Beware of the manager Tish though and the janitor/breakfast attendant (who handles both trash and food with no gloves) though. I was in front of the sausage tray when the janitor/breakfast bar attendant ran into me with the food cart when I was basically standing still. I has very recently had surgery and internal stitches, and was wearing 2 pain pumps intravenously connected to me to cope with the horrible discomfort. For reasons beyond me the janitor blamed her running a food cart into me as a deliberate action on my part. She later changed her story to that I outright attacked her. The funny thing is is that I was staying at the hotel to convalesce because the doctor warned that just riding in a car as a passenger might cause might stiches to rupture and result in internal bleeding. So we were paying to stay at the hotel just so that I could safely rest and recover. Despite this the manager Tish accused me of deliberate assault after the cart ran into me. Tish also got right in my face in the lobby and shouted: "I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOTEL!!! I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOTEL!!!" & "I AM CALLING THE POLICE". Again this was all due the janitor running the cart into the lobby so fast was not able to stop the cart and collided with me because I was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time. The manager and janitor were friends and just kept escalating the situation no matter what I did to try to alleviate the situation. We cancelled our reservation because we were afraid of Tish- she seemed unstable and we had no idea what she would pull next. Also when in the lobby I swore to her that I would immediately check out if she would not call the police to have me arrested for assault. We had to cancel or reservation- my wife had to argue with Tish to get our reservation refunded though: Fri, May 27, 2022 - Sat, May 28, 2022 Confirmation Number: 80196869 Fortunately I had a couple of days to rest and recover before being thrown out. I am of course perusing to inform the Marriott about this unhinged unconscionable turn of events. This is obviously actionable, so if any one knows any good lawyers? Better Call Saul- seriously though I am sure that Tish, that manager, never reported any of this, and this is a very winnable case, so I am very serious about finding representation. Again we really enjoyed our stay until things went crazy in the lobby. Honestly if there was a video that showed what happened at 9am in the SpringHill Suites Denver Parker lobby it could be posted on YouTube next to wild Walmart shoppers going out of control. Had it not been for two "mean girls" bullying what was basically an invalid I would give 5-STARS.
