This place was taken over after the previous owners left Cyprus. They completed a Very quick makeover and only opened for a few weeks, it's a shame as I don't like seeing closed up bars on the beach. Not sure why they took it over.

Island Beach Bar is located in the beautiful coastal town of Latchi, amid swaying palm trees and sunny breezes.
As a restaurant and taverna, Island is a decent cafe! The staff are pleasant and welcoming and the location is a prime area on the beach. That's as good as it goes. Our tuna wraps were too much for one especially with the obligatory chips and salad. Half the portion of the 4 wraps would suffice, keep costs down and bring in more customers. They are one of rare bars that sell non alcoholic beer but quite dear. Then there was the poorly maintained toilets, broken tap in disabled wc, the cracked wc in the gents and most of all the appalling smells from the wc when you enter the bar area.

Central Point is predominately a sports bar with an enormous screen. We came here for a few beers, wine and a steak and onion baguette which was served with salad and chips. The steak actually turned out to be tiny cubes of stewing steak so not quite what we imagined but I suppose for â¬6.50 you get what you pay for also we had asked for no tomatoes which was ignored. NOTE only cash excepted no cards.

It is not hard to find, there is a parking near by and the establishment gives away a kind cypriot vibe. The prices are very good and so is the service!

This is the worst place to eat in Cyprus! The service is awful. We were treated terribly! I ordered âvegetarian Thai pastaâ. I requested to make it not spicy. When I got it, it was very spice and had pieces of plastic in it. Do not recommend. Down the road thereâs Fly Again, Iâd rather go there.

We visited this bar on a few occasions during our 4 week stay in Agarka. Every time we went there the waiting staff, young girls, seemed bored and completely disinterested. They spent more time on their phones than in doing their job. The lovely location of this bar and the great seating areas were completely negated by the team of staff that we saw. The management need to sort it out and motivate and enthuse their team of staff. We only had food as a snack, and that was pretty good, but we decided not to have a meal here because of the service that we experienced.Dear thehun01Thank you for your review and comments. We can only apologise that you found our staff and service less than acceptable during your visits. It is extremely rare that we have received comments like yours but this has obviously highlighted a training issue which will be implemented with immediate affect. We hope this will not deter from future visits next time you visit Argaka. With very best regards The Fly Again
