Reviewed By dandelion-wine001We stayed in the Grand Deluxe room overlooking the pool, on third floor in the new wing. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Good, buffet breakfast and lunch. The chicken soup was delicious. Nice, helpful staff.

Reviewed By GuyF1252Be warned you will get blasted by very loud chanting at 4:30AM! There must be a side of the hotel where they could have put us that it wouldn’t be so loud. We also wrote several times to ask for airport transfer and no one bothered to answer. Other than that the staff try very hard to help you enjoy your stay.

Reviewed By BayuMT23Nice hotel, nearest to the Pangkalan Bun airport.. the room was so comfort. Good place for you before you run for the first flight on the next day. I recommend this hotel because the location is strategic and many food spot around the hotel especially in the night.

Reviewed By nadiacampos81· La familia que lleva el alojamiento es encantadora a mas no poder, super pendientes de que estuviésemos bien y contándonos cositas del pais, una charla muy amena. Es cierto que el alojamiento está al otro lado del rio y alejado del centro pero tienes un barquero hasta medianoche que te cruza gratis. La zona tiene mucho encanto y por la noche la llenan de luces como si fuese navidad. Nos ofrecio 2 sitios donde quedarnos y finalmente nos quedamos en la casa familiar. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y cuidada, además de una cama muy cómoda. El desayuno espectacular, había de todo, fruta, nocilla, tostadas...para todos los gustos Nos recomendaron un restaurante local para cenar que nos encantó · El baño está al lado de la cocina y es un poco rollo ir hasta alli, ademas de que el agua está fria.

Reviewed By Cathy RWe had such a memorable experience with our 4D3N trip booked through Ecolodges Indonesia with 2 nights at their Rimba lodge and one in the boat. Wonderful orangutan encounters - in the wild (so rare!) and at conservation feeding stations for ex-captives. Also lots of sightings of very comical probiscus, acrobatic gibbons, langurs and macaques. Incredibly prolific and rare bird life and day and night walks into the magnificent rainforest. Terrific boat crew and great food at lodge and boat. Major bonus was our local guide Hakim with generations of knowledge and stories to share. Good to know that by booking at Rimba you’re helping conservation efforts.

Small room - Basic Facilities - Good for a Night!
Reviewed By Seevali DSeven of us, after visiting Tanjung Puting National park, checked into Alibaba Hotel around 1830 on 4th August 2019. We needed accommodation for one night so that we could catch our morning flight to Jakarta. We were quickly checked in and were allocated rooms on the first floor. There is no elevator. Our baggage was brought up by the staff and delivered to our rooms. The airconditioned room was small measuring 2.5 x 2.5 sqm. excluding the bathroom. There was a tv, and 2 small bottles of water on a small table. No kettle nor tea/coffee. Not even a bench to keep your clothes. The double bed was comfortable and bed linen was clean. The bathroom was clean too with a hot shower. Two towels, a cake of soap and toilet paper were the only items in the bathroom. Free Wifi available in the rooms. Ants were attracted to some biscuits we had in the room! There is no bar nor a restaurant at the hotel. We went to a wayside restaurant nearby for our dinner. Although breakfast was inclusive, we did not have breakfast at the hotel as we left early morning at 0500 to the Airport. Recommended if you need a room to sleep, but nothing else!
