Very good Italian restaurant on the Plaza Cathedral. One of the few real Italian menus in the Old City. Good Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Excellent pasta and veal dish. Mediocre house red wine. Moderate to higher prices but not *expensive*.

We visited this place under the recommendation of a friend that visits this place often. We ordered 1 entrance, 2 main, 1 dessert.-The entrance was a Brocheta with tomatoes. It was good, and our kid liked it.-Main course ordered were, Gnocchi and Eggplant lasagna. Gnocchi was very good, lasagna was not good, a little salty and burned in the top.-Desserts was Panaccota, at the top had Hershey chocolate syrup. Panaccota was great, but syrup ruined the flavor for me.It is not kids friendly but you can follow through as place is small and their furniture is adaptable, the chairs at made from durable plastic. So no worries on kids braking them easily. If you pay by credit card, the staff is not allowed by the owners to being the Point-of-sale machine, you are escorted to he cashier desk to make your payment. Asked the staff why? They don't know why, it because is management orders.

We had the best glass of wine ($8) in all of Panama. The crab salad was especially delicious. Everyone in our group seemed to enjoy their selections. The service was a bit slow. We had a trip leader, who was a Panamanian, but it still was a bit difficult. Their menu is quite good.

We ended up eating here three times, service was good to great, food was good (salads to pizza to pasta -- tried them all and no complaints). The best sangria I had in Panama -- and I had quite a bit! Reasonable prices. My favourite was the caprese salad and the bread basket with the oil/balsamic for dipping. Husband said his spaghetti bolognese was the best he had in quite some time. The lasagna was good too but burned on the bottom. The pizza was good too, but better across the street at Okey Italiano.

We will make you feel in Italy. We make the best pizzas in town, in the real oven, italian style. We use just fresh ingredients and bring the best quality attention ever.
By far the best I have had in 16 trips to Panama. Not the biggest fan of super thin crust but the sauce and cheese flavor would stand up to many in the USA. Mine had pepperoni and it was tasty and sitting in to much grease. I do recommend this little out of the way place and will go again.Great pizza oven on display for all to see!
