The restaurant atmosphere is very good, has a great view to the ocean as it is landing on the actual reef, starfish can be seen from the entrance and the sides of the restaurant.. Food is very good and value per portion if great..
Delicious Authentic Panamanian Caribean food, Beach Front beautiful view to the beach, nice breeze and great service. Ask for Oscar owner and waiter always happy to assit you. Best Panamenian Chef from Kuna Yala Vincent is always happy to make a good meal
This side-of-the-road restaurant is across from where you park your car when you stay at Koko Acqua Lodge (we stayed there, see our review about the hotel). We had lunch there. Only 2 other locals ate there, service was quick, food was really good, yet simple. This was local food, with beans and rice mixed in (like Costa Rica's staple dish), French fries (which we never eat at home, so it's a treat), and nicely grilled chicken or pork. Simple but good food, plentiful as well for a fair (local) price. Probably the cheapest meal we bought during our entire stay in Panama, $6/plate. Worth it.

The restaurant is on the water, nice seating to watch the water taxi traffic and enjoy a cool breeze; during dinner many of the selections were not available, service was sub par, as the staff seemed to ignore the tables; sandwiches are panini style mostly bread, just a so-so place

Ebony serves up local cuisine for locals and tourists alike. Portions are gigantic so it may be worth splitting a meal. I had the sea snail and their fish special. It was cooked just like it would be in a small community. Unfortunately this means that it will be slightly over-cooked. They have specials until 5pm with smaller portions so go for a late lunch or early dinner if you can. Service is normal for the region, just grab their attention when you need something and they will help you. The owner is incredibly personable and friendly and is almost always there. Plan to spend some time in Ebony to relax, enjoy the ambiance and do some people-watching.

Too bad - it looked very friendly from the outside. However, once seated by the ocean, things got very bad... you wait forever for a drink which is served to you by a totally unmotivated and unfriendly waiter. To her defense, the owner is sooo unfriendly and was shouting on the guests and on her. An absolutely no go! Avoid at any costs - there are so many other good places in BdT!Dear customer: We are working to provied a good service. Its not easy to find the ideal staff. Many people enjoy our restaurant daily. Unfortunately that was a very bad day

The only meal served here is roasted chicken, and it's delicious. Your choices are basically the amount of chicken and whether your side is fried potatoes or fried plantains. The chicken was moist and tender, and the spices perfect - it doesn't need condiments or any accompaniments. The fried plantains were fresh out of the fryer.

The Bar is 200feet out over the water with clear blue waters, colourful live coral, and spectacular snorkelling. There are two swim/tan platforms for customers to utilize with stairs going down into the water to make it that much easier. There are 2 chefs
My wife and I plan a day trip to the Blue Coconut on every trip! We go to Bocas at least twice a year. the Blue Coconut, like many places in Bocas, is laid back, has good food, and drinks'o'plenty! The humidity getting to you? Take a dip in the water while sipping a cool beverage! Hungry? The meals are excellent and presented well. If you are looking for fresh lobster, pull one from the water and have it cooked! We always meet the nicest people here and have a blast! The food is good, the staff is very friendly, and drinks are great!Do yourself a favor and get to the Blue Coconut. A short water taxi ride from town!
