Stayed the first time at Sergi’s Beach Resort in Palompon. It was fantastic. Check in was without any hassle. During the stay we upgraded to the beachfront villa which had all amenities like self sufficient kitchen, free WiFi and a huge plasma TV to perform karaoke on. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The resort borders direct onto the beach and has private access to the beach. Great swimming in the early mornings. Definitely a great place to stay and chill with family and friends. I highly recommend this Beach Resort.

Grants Building Travellers Lodge. A budget accomodation hostel. A place where quality and low cost come together. A one minute walk to Palompon Eco-Tourism Office. Dormitory type rooms and good for 2 persons room are available.
We were amazed with this lodge because aside from having the lowest price in their accomodation, the owner is also a very accommodating and approachable person.Their place is just a walking distance to the tourism office from where the guests are booking for Kalanggaman Island. So why choose far and expensive lodge

Please note that the place is not fancy. Thanks to Google Maps, we're able to find the whereabouts of this place. It's in the end road of Zamora street which you can tell the pedi bike driver if in case they wouldn't know where Diana's place is. The fare costs 5pesos per person from/to the van terminal. We got the room through booking.com and paid using CC. I think the place really only has one room available, good family business I guess. The house itself is a small residential building within an informal settlers place. The room is in the second floor and the stairway there is really narrow and a bit stiff, good thing I'm skinny enough to fit. The room is air-conditioned but doesn't have heater in the shower. There's only two outlets available for. your electrical needs and the bulb in the bathroom is a bit busted. The doorknob in the room is broken and doesn't lock so they will provide you with a padlock and a key to use to lock the room when going out. There's also a lock inside where you can secure the door to close when sleeping at night. There's a creek down at the back of the place. We also spotted a cockroach peeking on the ceiling of the bathroom. I guess the plus' in this place are the fast WiFi and the friendly owners. You can borrow stuff like electric kettle and mugs. Note that we have to ask for bath towels and extra hangers when we got in the room. The floor mats we have to get ourselves right next to the kitchenette beside the room. I didn't like yhe bed and comforter. Again, room is not fance so dont exepct anything. I wish I could've checked Pacci or Grant building. Thrre's also other inns and rooms available in the area but only accepts cash.

Hot shower. Nope. Not enough water to the shower so its a bucket over your head. Broken toilet seat. Not cleaned sink falling off the wall with debris in the drain. Very shabby room. Useless TV. At P1300 it.s a steal. For them. Probably the worst "value for money" we have experienced in the Philippines.

The room was full of cockroaches when I turned on the light in the middle of the night. I had nightmares after my stay here. I tried to contact Michelle but never responded and the caretaker did not know how to contact her.
